Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

My Mum suffers with anxiety and also suffered the loss of my Dad whilst selling, through the whole sales process they supported her, were understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Once the sale went through, they still followed up with her, customer care was 5* and I have nothing but positive things to say and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

10th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sale of our house and purchase of new house.<br><br>Good value for the services provided.<br>Stephen and his team are super friendly and very much able to call them with any issues. Picked up phone even 5 to 5pm. We were happy with sale (took 5 days on the market to have full asking price offer for our house). When council delayed entire transaction we were supported every step. No questions were silly, as we never sold a house before. Price for that kind of services is really good value for the money. Super happy with our new house that we also bought from them.
