Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Communication was brilliant, all very helpful and happy and obviously take great pride in their jobs and the service they provide. Moving house is very stressful but the whole team took a lot of the stress away for us and made moving an enjoyable experience. From all our family we are extremely grateful to them.

15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.<br>We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.

We unfortunately ran into the problem of the Banks going down the day that our deposit was due - Daisy made it absolutely seamless and was so helpful with us we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent.<br>We were kept informed and up-to-date at all times and she’s just a lovely person!

Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.<br>After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.<br>Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!<br>When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.<br>We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.<br>Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Cherrie went above and beyond to answer my questions and allow me to fully explore the house on the first viewing of the property I eventually bought.<br>After both my initial offers were rejected by the vendor, Emma contacted me as soon as the first sale fell through, inviting me to make a further offer. Thereafter, she always provided prompt and courteous replies to all my emails and provided an appropriate amount of chasing of both me and my solicitor to ensure the sale could progress without any significant delays. Whilst the exchange of contacts/completion wasn't as stress free as I'd have hoped for, this wasn't any fault of Alan Lee. The fact remains that I still managed to move in to my new home less than 8 weeks after having my offer accepted. I'm extremely grateful to Alan Lee for their part in making this happen.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They were able to guide us through the inevitable hiccups surrounding house buying as best they could and you always felt that they were doing their best for you.
