9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Proctors sold my first home in Sidcup in August 2026 and I would recommend them without hesitation. Nick in particular was outstanding from the very first valuation right through to completion.<br><br>The care taken over the marketing was obvious straight away. The photography was genuinely excellent and showed the flat at its best, and the listing was accurate and well written rather than the usual copy and paste. That effort paid off in the quality of the viewings we had.<br><br>Where Nick really stood out, though, was everything that came after the offer. He kept us updated and informed at every stage, and just as importantly he explained what each step actually meant and what our options were, which made a real difference when we had decisions to make. He was always easy to get hold of and never left us chasing him for an answer.<br><br>Ours was not a straightforward sale, and Nick and the wider team at Proctors were relentless in the best way, chasing and liaising with the solicitors on both sides to keep everything moving and to make sure nothing slipped. He was proactive rather than reactive, and more than once he had already picked up an issue and started sorting it before we even knew about it.<br><br>Selling your home is a stressful thing to do. Having Nick and the team at Proctors handling it made it far less so, and I am very grateful. Thank you!

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

He kept us informed throughout his time with us was quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was understandable. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service.<br><br>It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely personable, but Scott is exactly that. 25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.
21st May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Adam was helpful and gentle with my aging mother. They wanted quicker viewing dates from her but she couldn't manage to give dates right when they asked. They did line up viewings to suit her needs and came to accompany the viewers.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. 31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
