28th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.
20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently letted a house through Frank Innes. From the start they were very welcoming, offering me a viewing to a property. When at the house viewing, and after finding it wasn’t quite for us, Rebecca suggested another property that would be more our fit - this property wasn’t yet on the market but she offered us a viewing. On arrival to the second property it was perfect, Rebecca was open and honest about potential issues with the property in regards to our needs (small garden, on street parking etc). This was greatly appreciated as we felt well informed and cared for, and not for a second that she was only there to get another property off the market like some agents. After going forward with the property Rebecca made the process easy, with clear communication and liaising with the landlord we move in two very happy people.

Her dealing with us was appericiable. Really thanks to all team members of Leadrs aswell.

You really feel like they care, they're cheerleading everything to go through with you. Megan, Abi & Laura all deserve special mentions. Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????- 3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Brilliant and professional service. 29th Nov 2023 (21 weeks ago)Wish I could leave no stars. Initially the agents were excellent, really good and told them so. However once I agreed to let the property and paid the deposit and 'arrangement fee' it went rapidly downhill. Due to issues that appear to be beyond their control, they let myself let a property that was not ready to be let. Despite myself emailing for updates the replies were slow and had to be chased continuously. In the end they admitted that the property should have not have been for let, they wasted 10 weeks of my time and effort, so I asked for my deposit to be returned and I asked and I asked again... eventually they returned it minus the 'arrangement fee'. The 'arranagement fee' was for them arranging for me to let the property from the landlord, this was a property by their own admission, should have not been for let... So I asked for teh 'arrangement fee' back, nothing... so I advised that I would be taking legal action against them To which I received this email, which is quite laughable... Really shocked at your approach. A simple email would have sufficed. We had incurred costs and this app fee is none refundable at stated, However under the circumstances we will refund the amount. Michael anyway guess what, they still didn't refund me. so basically it seems they are a bunch of con artists... so I have lodged a claim with the small claims court, reported them to trading standards for thei extremely poor service and judgement on letting a property that should NOT have been let, regarless of what the landlord may have said, what was the 'arrangement fee' for if they wer arranging for me to have a property that wasn't ready? surely it is part of thir job to check this out and if the landlord has mislead the agents, why on earth did they not do their own investigations? isn't that their job? appalling, also reported to the property ombudsman, they are not fit to run an agency.

17th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.- 9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Enquired about a house, sent email on Rightmove and Luke asked when we would like to view, we replied an hour later (midday) the same day with no response. Three days later we hadn’t heard a response so chased what was happening, Luke said he had been on annual leave, but we had received no contact nor an email telling us this, which is why he hadn’t replied - and there was no out of office email on. We then asked to view the next week and was told Luke would arrange. Yet again we had heard no update so we chased AGAIN on the Saturday morning (we called this time) and Luke said he would check. We received a email two hours later and Luke said the vendors would prefer Sunday morning (the next day at 9.30am) as they already had a viewing. We couldn’t do Sunday due to a family emergency and explained this, but Luke pushed Sunday saying that he knew ‘the vendors probably wouldn’t wait that long’ because ‘they had already had an offer come in’ so probably wouldn’t want us viewing 2 days later. If Luke had responded to our initial email 8 days prior to all of this, we could have had a viewing on the house and put an offer in. Poor communication, quite rude and a lack of care shown. We saw another house for sale that we thought we might want to see, but saw it was on with Frank Innes and decided not to bother - luckily it was on with another agent so we have viewed through them. Hilariously, this house we wanted to view initially is still on Rightmove and has apparently sold despite this happening nearly 3 weeks ago. We have been told this morning it will ‘probably be off in the next 24 hours’ but it’s not been off the last 2 weeks so god knows what they’re playing at. Will not be using to sell our house and what an unprofessional experience we have had.
- 17th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

21st Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I showed interested in a property and explained my circumstances as that I will soon be returning to employment following maternity leave. The woman on the phone said”I’ll check with the landlord as they wanted professionals.” I felt this comment extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. As I have a very proud career. This was my first communication with this company and I am very unimpressed.
