The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We've instructed Thomas Michael twice over a 4 year period to find suitable tenants for our apartment. On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers
27th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Thought they were great to begin with then realised they were not! If you're thinking of renting a residential property from them consider if you'd like to live with a hole in your kitchen roof for weeks without being fixed, if you want your deposit properly protected in a scheme and if you want your deposit back without taking action against them. Seriously incompetent staff, rude and disrespectful. The flat we rented was one of 3, "refurbished" (if you can call it that) office buildings (Oh yeah, they take their commercial buildings and flip them haha!) with what I am guessing is no insulation, black mould throughout and a roof that held 4 inches+ of water which caused a leak and the roof to be taken out, then left. I had to fight for my deposit back because the idiot of an estate agent that went on holiday didn't send the new tenant a contract. No cover, no communication. All lacking in any kind of critical thinking. The list goes on.... AVOID!
14th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall). Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home. Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!- 26th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Outstanding service from Diamond and the team at Lion Wolf I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property. This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line. What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening. He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down. Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion. Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us. Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale. If you are considering selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lion Wolf and especially Diamond. We have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, and the level of service we received here really stood out. Thank you, Diamond, for everything you did to get us through the process and finally over the line. It was genuinely appreciated. Highly recommended.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
