They ensured that all the legal procedures were completed exactly when they needed to be, keeping the entire process moving seamlessly. Thanks to their efficiency and proactive approach, everything was perfectly aligned on completion day and we managed to get the keys for our new house first thing in the morning! Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Connor malcolm Solicitors excellent timing and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend his services!

Any and all questions were answered promptly, and it made my move straightforward and completely stress-free.<br><br>The team also very kindly arranged a key drop off on the weekend, and it was such a pleasure to meet Michelle, another fantastic member of the team!<br><br>Super happy with the customer service and team, would highly recommend!

They are the most professional, thorough and efficient company that i have ever had dealings with in my whole life. I have bought and sold 7 properties for myself, 1 property for my mother and 1 property for my son. The property front office run by Carolyn McLaughlin and her colleagues always marketed my properties extremely well which in turn led to most of them being sold in under a month. In relation to my solicitor Mr David Vause, he is the ultimate professional in his field. David was always able to resolve any issues quickly and move transactions forward . I was able to converse with him over the phone or by email when i needed to. On the 22nd of October i popped in to the office to pick up deeds wills and other business letters to pass on to a new solicitor in Ellon. Envelope with these documents were left at reception for me to pick up and sign for. However David came down and we had a long chat about our interactions over last 40 years. What an absolute gentleman and ultimate professional.

14th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Susan and the team at McDougall McQueen highly enough. From the very beginning, Susan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She always kept me informed, explained complex legal issues clearly, and was consistently available to answer my questions, often going above and beyond what I expected.<br>Buying and selling property can be stressful and my transactions certainly had their challenges, but throughout the process I always felt that Susan genuinely had my best interests at heart and was doing everything she could to help me reach the right outcome. Her advice was thoughtful, honest and always given with care.<br>The wider team were also a pleasure to deal with. Jane was always supportive and efficient, helping me through several property offers and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel much more manageable. Everyone I dealt with was approachable, professional and willing to help.<br>What stood out most was the level of personal care I received. I never felt like just another client. Susan, in particular, showed genuine kindness and understanding at what was a significant and emotional time. 15th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I moved to West Lothian about 5 years ago and up until that point, apart from buying & selling houses, I never had the need to seek out legal services. That soon changed . . . Sorting out my parent’s estate after they both died intestate, selling my aunt’s house when she was assessed as having no capacity and going into care and a requirement to update my own Personal Will and Power of Attorney documentation all seemed to happen one after the other. I sought out Stewart Watt & Co. after they were recommended to me and I have been delighted with the service, advice, knowledge, efficiency and professionalism I received from their solicitor/partner Zara Mair. In conclusion, over a very short period of time, I required a wide variety of guidance and legal expertise which Stewart Watt provided that helped me enormously . . . Thank you!

Having always lived in England, we were daunted by the thought of a very different property market in Scotland but we were helped on every step of the way. Claire C was our initial contact and was so patient and supportive, explaining the system and nothing was too much trouble. Once we found a property to buy, Claire S was our solicitor. Again, she was patient, understanding and so helpful as well as being efficient, timely and diligent with all the legal work. She kept us well informed and involved at every step. We also had a lot of help and support from Suzie and Sheila, plus other members of the team. We are very grateful to them all and highly recommend Neilsons.

She has been so helpful, supportive and always kept us updated throughout everything. We have just had our offer accepted on our first home and she has been fantastic throughout the whole process. 17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
