28th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.
3rd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)My house went on the market on Tuesday, a viewing was held on Wednesday and the purchase price was offered. Piers (your move) was very enthusiastic and very helpful. What more could I ask - my house was sold in a day!

17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Kathleen at Fulfords beyond above and beyond for us with our property purchase. When solicitors weren't coming back to us and being difficult she went out of her way to chase them up and constantly kept us in the loop with everything that was going out. By far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we definitely wouldn't have got into our property as quickly without all her help. We had an awful experience with another estate agents in the area when trying to buy a previous property so we had pretty much lost all faith in them but she very much as restored all of this now! I would recommend her and the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you Kathleen for everything you did for us. Penny & Ben

The process was very smooth from start to finish, especially impressive given a challenged trading environment and interest rate uncertainty. We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Of particular note was Chris Clifford's professionalism and exceptional communication skills that went above and beyond - a great comfort to my wife and me. Recommended.
15th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)This estate agency is absolutely terrible. As a person trying to buy a home they are rude on the phone and don’t seem proactive, or fussed. I think it’s the worst estate agency I’ve come across and it’s a shame because they seem the prominent agency in Dorset and Devon (perhaps they know they have the monopoly). I’m now searching for homes that are with other estate agents

3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Due to Whitton and lang closing, we have to move to another estate agent, thanks to their recommendation we have now find another agent. We were sorry that whiten and lang had to close- 3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I dealt with Stags Exeter Office letting team on a number of apartments. Advice on rents and marketing proved to be correct every time and in documenting deals agreed they were efficient and thorough. Tess, Jackie and the team were a pleasure to deal with and, when asked, even willing to provide generally tenancy advice on matters outside their role. Would I use them again? Without hesitation.

Always professional, even when it gets stressful, Helen was a godsend and was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Offer to buy a house was accepted and it was up to our surveyors to highlight a Grade 2 listing. Whilst Knight Frank ‘empathise’ we are at considerable out of pocket expense. Property now correctly advertised as listed and whatever the background of who claims what, the agent is expected to have carried out due diligence to confirm facts of what they are marketing. Knight Frank Exeter blame their customer and empathise with potential buyer where legislation states an agent must disclose all information before costs related to surveying or conveying are undertaken. However, this shoddy outfit shirk all responsibility; what a reflection of where we are in todays world. Referring to ombudsman as customer service are running on pastoral ‘empathy’ rather than address a problem where potential buyers remain considerably out of pocket. Our contract was with Knight Frank and their codes of ethics and standards where due diligence is the foundation. The Exeter office has failed miserably to address their duty of professional responsibility. Buyers (and sellers) beware! (investigation response was that "we didn't know, not out fault") With a pending county court claim all is resolved!

You receive genuine information and professional guidance - no question is too small - and someone was always on hand to assist. It has been easy working with Underhill and also a pleasure. I would highly recommend Underhill and would definitely use them again. Thank you all in the Exeter branch :)

7th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Clean ( no litter), well laid out with clear maps so you can find the shops you are looking for, lovely gardens, good toilets, fair parking charges, very wide range of shops, plus cafes and snack stalls. Great if you enjoy shopping which I don't!! But if you have to go to a shopping centre this one must be one of the best - even I could tolerate it!!!
