Buying a new property while selling your existing home can be a stressful and a challenging experience, but having the right team on your side makes all the difference. From the very beginning, Abi, Sally, and Barry were professional, proactive, and always available to provide updates, reassurance, and support. Unfortunately, our own selling estate agent in Ferring was not as effective when it came to communication and chasing matters when needed. In contrast, dealing with Miller Town & Country was a breath of fresh air. They always kept us informed, exceeded expectations, and made us feel supported and confident throughout the process. We cannot thank Abi, Sally, Barry & their team enough for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend Miller Town & Country to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. The level of professionalism, communication, and dedication we received from Sean and the team throughout the process was brilliant.<br><br>Thank you both for helping us secure our new home. Highly recommended!

18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I can’t recommend DJR Estate Agents highly enough for anyone wanting to sell a property. They did a seemingly rare thing of actively marketing our property, they gave us useful advice on how to attract potential buyers and kept us fully informed throughout the entire sales process. If all estate agents acted more like DJR, the house buying/selling process would be a more pleasant experience. Next time we are looking to buy or sell a property, DJR will definitely be our first port of call.
