26th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

She always took the time to explain things clearly, provided valuable guidance and regularly went above and beyond what we would reasonably have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Carly’s excellent communication, professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference to us. Having experienced both estate agents involved in our sale and purchase, we can honestly say that our experience with Moon and Co was 10 out of 10.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moon and Co to friends and family.<br>If we ever find ourselves buying or selling a property again, we would be very happy to use their services.<br><br>A huge thank you to Carly for all her hard work, assistance and support. It was genuinely appreciated by both of us.
3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Archers Chepstow have not been transparent in their dealings with me as a buyer. I think they fail to understand that most agents factor into their valuations a knowledge of and the cost of remedial works required on the purchase of a property and represent these in the asking price, where this company expects the purchaser to discover - or not - critical defects on survey but not allow negotiations for these in an offer price put forward. You can argue they staunchly represent the seller with this stance to the buyers detriment? But without buyers who are treated with transparency and respect (note the sales negotiator) their clients will not sell and buyers pull out as in my case. We will go elsewhere as they’re many ethical transparent agencies and good properties out there.

From supporting our initial search for the perfect home to driving pace along the chain at key times when it mattered most, we felt supported and informed throughout. I couldn’t have wished for a more thorough team to guide us through our house purchase.

A truly excellent team, never was a call or email unanswered, continuously kept updated and everything with the sale of our home was taken care of perfectly. If you are looking to sell your property look no further than Roscoe Rogers and Knight, by far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.

From our initial valuation with David, we knew we were in safe hands. They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)We recently sold our property through Peter Alan. The branch were helpful and always willing to assist. We have no complaints about the branch team at all.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with the sales progression service was very disappointing. Communication was poor, emails often went unanswered and we regularly had to chase for updates ourselves.<br><br>Completion was also poorly handled, with our purchase agent contacting us first to tell us our sale had completed.<br><br>We emailed Peter Alan afterwards to explain our concerns, but we still haven't heard anything back from the sales progressor, which is particularly disappointing.<br><br>It’s a shame, as our experience with the branch team was very positive. However, based on the overall experience, we wouldn't use Peter Alan again and would be reluctant to recommend them.<br><br>Thank you again to the branch.

Dominique was fantastic, so knowledgeable regarding the valuation and the property sold on it's first day of viewings!<br>Leanne, Arden's Sales Progressor was also brilliant. Progressors are so crucial when you're in a property chain. Leanne was so good at pushing things forward and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Quick responses, helped her with forms and made sure we had viewed the property enough, I was worried being a FTB always hearing horror stories of estate agents and the whole process being a negative experience but Chris has made it so amazing and set my mind to ease, genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else, will forever now be coming to Chris if I want to sell/buy a property. Again thank you Chris! Made such a stressful time<br>super straight forward ????????????

The property was a little off the beaten track and part of a managed estate, so it was very definitely a bit of a niche market.<br><br>Ian took on board our thoughts and ideas whilst expertly guiding us if they were a little unrealistic. With that he created a very impressive online brochure. Once sold, it was mainly Clare who kept us in the picture and endeavoured to make sure that all the other agents who were involved were on track. House and Home worked for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We decided to sell and received a very professional service with regular updates and emails. The house sold quite quickly and Hills continued to provide help and support until the sale completed.
