Myself & my partner moved into out apartment just over 2yrs ago, which is a shared ownership with Two Rivers. Ever since we moved in we have had nothing but problems, repairs after repairs and no rush to come and sort any of it out we have a 20mth old toddler aswell. Communal area has issues of not a secure safe fire door, flooring pulling up which has been reported by us and inspectors several times yet nothing being done about it! Broken windows, damp & mould coming into house..... reported several times aswell and no-one has been out. We pay you £40 a month service charge to do things to the property and yet no one bothers to come out or no one replies to our complaints. Im seriously getting fed up of you happily taking our money but never coming to sort the problems. I wish we never brought the place. What we thought was our dream first home has turned into a disappointment. Several inspectors have been out on your behalf to report about the building i know there is issues as they have told me and reported it back to you but you have not done anything. My partner sent a email last night stating the problems again and saying we will stop pay. Now all of a sudden we have a reply and someone may come out next week!
