Julia’s experience and knowledge of the industry combined with a personalised approach made it an easy decision for us to choose RA Bennett to manage our sale. We were very pleased with how they marketed the house with high quality images and video. The team were always very accommodating and gave us regular same day updates as to how viewings were going. 23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)James valued our house in March. The commission charges were very reasonable so we gave it a go. We had a lot of interest in the house and we sold for a good price at the end of May after James negotiated the deal. Throughout the whole process, Rob did a great job handling the viewings and once we were sold did an equally great job helping us through the sales process to completion.Very professional guys who know their trade very well and did a great job for us.

From start to finish, Sophie was absolutely brilliant and made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward.<br><br>Sophie was fantastic at communicating, always available at the end of the phone, and happy to answer any questions or provide updates. She was a genuine pleasure to work with, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything moving smoothly helped make the entire sale as stress-free as possible.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Butler Sherborn, and Sophie in particular, to anyone looking for a professional, dedicated, and personable agent. 15th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I viewed a property today and travelled to attend the viewing. The viewing itself went well, I told the person I will make a decision tomorrow and they knew I worked and needed to travel and hour away. They agreed. Yet around two hours later I was contacted by another member of the estate agent team and told that another offer had been made and another person had also enquired.<br><br>I explained that I did not want to be rushed into making a decision and that I would consider the property and call the following day. Despite this, I was then told that I needed to make a decision by 11am the next morning.<br><br>I found this extremely pressuring, particularly given that buying a property is a major financial decision and I had already clearly explained that I wanted time to consider it.<br><br>I subsequently spoke to Kate about how I felt pressured during the process. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed, with no apology or acknowledgement.<br><br>I appreciate that estate agents may have competing offers, but I believe buyers should be given reasonable time to consider such a significant purchase without being pressured into an immediate decision.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not use this estate agent again. My first and last time not would I recommend it.- 9th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)With particular reference to Lucia Guillaca, who at the time was based at the Butler Sherborn office in Cirencester and has since moved to Burford, my husband and I cannot speak more highly of our experience in buying our lovely stone cottage in Fossebridge. Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. 6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.- 17th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I would highly recommend Victoria at Savills for her exceptional service throughout my recent property purchase.<br><br>From the numerous viewings to the final completion, Victoria was incredibly professional, approachable, and attentive at every stage. Her communication was 10/10 - she was always available by phone, even outside of normal working hours, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>She made what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless and straightforward. Her professionalism was evident throughout.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in- 18th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)The team (and especially Karen) were excellent in handling our tenancy. Loved the vibe in the Burford office and made a couple of hairy friends.<br>Seriously, the process was smooth, efficient, friendly yet professional, and it was a real pleasure to deal with Butler Sherborne, start to finish.

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.

I felt like I was looked after throughout the whole process and felt like Finley Bridgeman was key in securing the sale in the first place (which only took two/three weeks from going to market).<br>The whole team work well together and Ian Street makes you feel relaxed and that you are an important customer. Couldn't be happier
