Leigh and Helen gave a balanced and thorough appraisal of the property when suggesting the sale price. From the moment we gave our instructions, Helen and the team were totally brilliant, always keeping us updated, and always responding very promptly to any emails or phone calls. Selling a home can be a very fraught experience, but I felt that we were thoroughly supported throughout. Many thanks to Helen especially, but also to all of the team.

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!
