Simon was friendly, helpful and highly efficient in all my dealings with him. His years of experience proved invaluable. When communication was needed, he was always there to keep me informed, providing a vital link between the vendors and solicitors. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Didn’t hear much from them in the first 6 weeks and a very tough market to try and sell in. Once we started chasing them things started to happen, I did feel they were more reactive rather than pro active. A few different staff members with varying levels of ability, I got the feeling they are going through some changes.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! Kevin is always at the end of the phone if you need him, nothing is ever to much, if your looking for a company you can trust and know that they will look after you then Kingswood is exactly who you should choose!

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Molly and the team there were exellent throughout the process from viewing, offer negotiating and driving through the conveyancing and completion. Communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date on where their clients were at and chasing up solicitors. Thank you for a smooth purchase!
