23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

20th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Keep miles away! My reviews are being deleted now for years! They started scamming me two weeks after my husband suddenly passed away. Told me small repairs were needed, once the present tenants move out. I asked for pictures of before and after and to be informed of what repairs, and the costs. I did not receive any of the above. Instead, I was told the cost would be in the five figures, and the repairs had already been done! They also wanted another huge five figure amount because they threw away the furniture without my permission! After months of trying to reason with them, they said they wanted to be the middleman in letting out to another Estate agent and hence, I would pay them a commission. The other agent would need thousands to refresh the property, and would also charge their own commission. I suspected something was up when they became quiet. Upon investigating, I found out they were renting out my property without having any intention of informing me, or paying me the rent! They were banking on the fact that in my grief, I would be gullible and agree to their plans!
20th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)We rented house number 27 Windsor Road in Harrow at the end of July 2025 until April 2026, approximately nine months. My son and I took possession of the house, and it wasn't very clean. The living room carpet was dirty, and the floor was broken and shifted when we walked on it. The kitchen floor also shifted a lot when we walked on it. We contacted the rental agency, and they said it would take a few days to fix. They put a temporary wooden plank over the floor, and there were many other problems with the house (we have proof and photos of this). This forced us to leave the house and move to another one (we cleaned the house before leaving). Unfortunately, they fined us about £430, which is why I'm writing this letter. It's worth noting that when we told the agency we were leaving, several families came to see the house every Saturday, but most of them refused to rent it. Amily
8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

28th May 2026 (23 days ago)I strongly advise anyone considering this estate agency to avoid them entirely. My family and I were left without hot water for four months due to the agency’s complete lack of communication and failure to respond to emails or address urgent maintenance issues. To make matters worse, after moving out of the property, my deposit was withheld for an additional four months without being properly protected or returned. The situation became so serious that we were forced to involve solicitors and are currently pursuing legal action in order to recover our deposit and seek compensation. The individual primarily responsible for the lack of communication throughout this ordeal was Muniza Adam, whose failure to respond or provide support caused significant stress and inconvenience to my family. If you value professionalism, lawful handling of deposits, and basic communication from your estate agent, I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. ZERO STARS

Their excellent communication and regular follow-ups made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!
