Everyone from director Matthew, Charlotte and Ian are all very professional, friendly, most of all caring and extremely knowledgeable, both on the legitimation and handling of any issues arises. I couldn't praise the team enough for what they've done. Particularly Charlotte, she is really on the ball, excellent communication skills and we wouldn't have moved without her advice and assistance.<br>A Big Well done and Thank you to your Ellougton team. 5 + stars service.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

If we were selling a property in Bridlington they would be our first choice. Lauren and Aimee who we have dealt a lot have been outstanding.

My house sold within days, and they achieved a price above the original asking price.<br><br>Kerry and Leanne were fantastic throughout, handling all the viewings and appointments while I was working hundreds of miles away. They kept everything running smoothly and made the whole process incredibly easy for me.<br><br>I would highly recommend Whitakers to anyone looking to sell their property.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.
