From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark.<br><br>After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. She's dealt with my problems with the utmost grace and understanding, kept me safe and reassured, and she did all of these without a word of complaint!<br><br>I cannot thank her enough. She is the reason I'm not homeless today. Thank you Katie.

We have been looking for our ideal home for quite a long time, and thanks to the coordinated work of the team, this process was as comfortable as possible. Bryony was always in touch, promptly answered any questions, offered. We were very pleased with the knowledge of the market, attention to our wishes. The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

I live 300 miles away and the staff at Bridlington have been kind, empathetic, and gone beyond a normal estate agents role. Excellent staff who are a credit to the company

We had a couple of estate agents come out to value our house, but we chose Oscars because they made us feel the most comfortable and were clear that everything was included.<br><br>Throughout the sale process, Stef was always available to help, provide updates and communicate with the buyers, which was often much quicker than waiting for responses from the solicitors.<br><br>Overall, the experience was smooth and professional and we would definitely recommend Oscars to anyone looking to sell their home.

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
