I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Aston was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly. I really appreciated his support and expertise, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. The team was professional, guided us through every step, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled efficiently, especially the tenancy agreement, which was completed entirely by email. This made the whole process straightforward and convenient, with no need to visit the office.<br><br>A special thank you to Michelle Chapman for managing the entire process, coordinating everything between us and the landlord, keeping everything on track, and answering all of our questions promptly. She ensured everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable letting agent.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

4th Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Well my house didn’t sale with this Estate Agent. The first 4 weeks had 3 visits. The Agent sent me a message about auctioning the property, but never contacted me to discuss my options. They sent me a graph every now and then. After 12 weeks I informed the agent that I am taking it off the market with them. They then had one more visit, and then forgot to take my property off the market. This is not to mention that they left my property unsecured (back doors open), left lights on and even the extractor fan on.

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. She is real credit to the company.
