Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have just moved to my new home in Watton and Erin has been brillant,good communication and keeping us up to date with the progress of the move .We asked to view the house a few time (as empty) which was no trouble to her so I felt comfortable emailing and asking her.She really seems to enjoy her job a very happy person and easy to talk to a lovely lady.She is an asset to the company. Always willing to talk, replying to emails quickly and even sorting out a same day viewing for me at 1630. Would definitely recommend buying a house through the team here.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
