22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.

18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Taking away all the stress and admin of finding the perfect tenants, dealing with check ins, check outs and inspections it’s been a pleasure having them act on my behalf, and any property issues have always been flagged to me quickly and dealt with appropriately, always checking with me to ensure I’m happy.

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful<br>She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day<br>I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge<br>If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot<br>Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.<br>As a person who has been radicalised by common decency I highly recommend her.<br>if you are selling your house, you want this woman to do it for you<br>if you are a potential buyer and come across her then you will have a pleasant experience

9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just concluded letting from this agency for 4.5 years. Let me tell you this, you will not find a more accommodating agent than Karen. She was always incredibly responsive, quick to email us back, and worked diligently to make sure any sort of issues that came up with our home were resolved. She always seemed to be in our corner, and never wavered from that stance. If you’re new to the area or looking for a place to move to- I would definitely consider renting from them.
