Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. Thank you Rob, we really appreciate your professionalism and friendly approach - quite refreshing!
12th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy

23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.
16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased our home through Nicholas Estates and Abi was great through the whole process. She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

He was super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease with the whole process from the very beginning. Thanks to the team’s proactivity, my house went under offer before it even hit the open market, which really demonstrated their drive and expertise. The photography was excellent and truly showcased the property at its best. Sophie, who single-handedly runs the sales progression, is phenomenal. She was always at the end of the phone, incredibly responsive, and so reassuring whenever we hit bumps in the road. I highly recommend Harris & Wood — without doubt the best agents around.
