All they suggest is to keep lowering the price ! No communication unless prompted. Emails ignored. Do not go with this company if you want a streamline service.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
6th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

House sold within timescales and got kept me informed of all stages viabthere app which is an excellent bit of kit to monitor the progress of the sale amd see viewing feedback.

20th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but they were so supportive and helpful from start to finish. Shairoz was always there to answer my questions, talk me through everything and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.<br><br>They went above and beyond in helping with not only the house purchase, but also the mortgage and solicitor side of things, which made such a huge difference. It really felt like they genuinely cared about helping me get into my first home rather than just seeing me as another customer.<br><br>I’m so grateful for all their help, patience and support throughout what was such a big milestone for me.
