I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! He kept us updated, dealt with the issues that arose and helped move the sale through to completion. It was an emotional sale for our family, and I appreciated the support and communication from Andrew and the team. We got there in the end, and I would happily recommend J G Sawyers.

There were plenty of conversations to juggle along the way and a fair few curveballs on completion day itself, but they stayed helpful and really responsive throughout. Their communication was genuinely excellent, far better than the agents we sold through. Would happily recommend them. Thanks again, Catherine & Derek.

22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Our first visit was from Chris, Sales Director, who inspired us with complete confidence in the agency’s knowledge of the local market and their ability to market our property accordingly. Once our house was on the market, Wendy handled all viewings with amazing efficiency and organisation. During the conveyancing process, Victoria kept us up to date with progress every step of the way.
