7th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Really disappointed with NGU Homes, asked for a tenant reference, lost the email, 5 days later still waiting, staff I spoke to refused to do anything except pass the email on and said "Well you just have to wait". Thanks for nothing.

18th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)From the first phone call to get a valuation, meeting Stuart who was knowledgeable about the area and realistic about the asking price, viewings booked within 24 hours of going on the market with two full asking price offers thereafter. Even when the original sale fell through the girls were upbeat about getting another offer. They weren't wrong. Contact was maintained throughout the whole sale process to completion. Thoroughly recommended!

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They have truly set a new standard for what an estate agent should be.<br>From the very first interaction, their approach struck the perfect balance between high-level professionalism and a genuinely personal touch.<br>The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and proactive. When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.

Our first visit was from Chris, Sales Director, who inspired us with complete confidence in the agency’s knowledge of the local market and their ability to market our property accordingly. Once our house was on the market, Wendy handled all viewings with amazing efficiency and organisation. During the conveyancing process, Victoria kept us up to date with progress every step of the way.
