28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

She was approachable, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made such a difference, especially when finding our first home. 29th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Rook Matthews Sayer (Jesmond) have managed my property for the last 17 years, including around 15 years as a rental property and the last 2 years while it was on the market for sale. Throughout the rental period they were generally reliable and easy to deal with. Whenever maintenance issues arose, they would contact me promptly and arrange local contractors to carry out the work at reasonable cost. Over a long period of ownership, there were no major problems and I felt the property was looked after well. During the sales process there were a few challenges, including a complicated issue involving a neighbouring property which resulted in the power being disconnected to the building. Although this took some time to resolve, RMS were able to provide the information I needed and the sale was ultimately completed successfully. Communication was mainly via email rather than phone calls, but I found the team responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Managing a property from a distance can be difficult, so I appreciated having an agent who could deal with issues on my behalf over many years. Overall, I would like to thank the team at RMS Jesmond for their support over the last 17 years and wish them all the best for the future.

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)If a property isnt "available now" why list it in the first place?... If it needs work done why do I have to chase you and message on a different housing app for information and answers, why not just tell me on email. Email's were responded to pretty fast at the start but when it was time to move forward with the process, complete silence, despite multiple follow ups. I was ready to pay my deposit.. I gave you my timeframe of when I wanted to move in and complete silence. Can you atleast confirm with me if it's possible or not! A simple, "sorry we won't be able to provide you accomodaton for that timeframe" and I would've been super happy with that..couldve saved myself time and moved forward with other options. 5 starts easy.Some people have plans and deadlines that they need to meet so communication comes a long way..
