18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Very professional and great dealing with Mr Darwin, he promised and delivered
29th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Highly recommend. Louis is professional, responsive and always follows through.
24th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Disappointing experience with this estate agent. I called to ask about a property, they accused me of being an estate agent! No I just know what I’m looking for… and then never called back.
3rd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Had a great experience with Andersons Estates. Sam and the team were professional, helpful, and always quick to respond. Made the whole process easy and stress-free
24th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)What a rude staff! I called this morning to ask about a property advertised. The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?
13th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I have been using MSK for over a decade and have had an amazing landlord and agent relationship. Honest, fair and most of all have made sure my property has been not neglected by the tenants that have occupied over the years.
14th May 2024 (2 years ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.
20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
11th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Profesionalism, respect, warranty, empathise with the tenants. Haymills team is the best Property Agency ! I highly recommend! If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.
4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Raphael and the team found me a suitable buyer and the process went relatively smoothly. Communication was generally very good.

14th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Good collection - very happy - local
13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
27th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Rishi was very professional / very diligent / reactive / very pleasant to deal with.
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
22nd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Mark was brilliant. Honest land responsive. Would highly recommend him.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)They book you in for viewing while it’s already gaven to someone else basically, they just waste your time ??????
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Excellent service from Wilkinson & Fox, they have dealt with the sale of my late brother’s house in Kent while I live up here in Argyll. Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.
16th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Oliver has been exceptional in handling the sale of my property. His deep understanding of both the macro and micro real estate markets was crucial in achieving the right price for a property that is truly unique. Unlike other agents, his insight into the local market allowed us to reach a wider pool of buyers and market the property in the most effective way. I have been thoroughly satisfied with his attention to detail, as well as his clear and consistent communication with all parties involved. I highly recommend Oliver for anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional.
