From the initial property viewing I found the representative to be helpful and knowledgeable of both the specific property and the surrounding area. We had a number of viewings which were arranged promptly and then once a deal had been agreed they also assisted us with dealing with the solicitors to facilitate a timely completion. All in all they provided a professionally and helpful service.

They have a poor customer service.
I am living in one of their properties for rent over a year now, since i moved in to that property I have been noticing lots of problem that needs to fix like the window and wall crack plus the water leaking. I informed? the them lots of time by ringing them and plus taking pictures of these problems, sending them through email so that they can see themselves. But things are still the same, they do not do anything other than send someone to visit the property after that they just tell me to not to worry about they will be sending someone to fix and I am hearing this over a year now. About 4 week ago I noticed a water leak in basement and I reported to them again because it's getting worse Everyday, they told me they will be sending? the contractor to view the problem but again yet nothing be done. So I decided ring them to find out what's happening they told me that they going to ring contractor and ring me back about 2 week ago and guess what I am still waiting for their call. I even try to get in touch with the property managers whenever a I ring them they just I say that she busy just leave the message she will get back to you as soon as possible and she didn't as I expected.
