5th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Called them and the office said they get someone to call me when he can come. He did and informed there was a cost £96 just to do a report which was not a lot and just gave us a phone number for someone else to deal with the problem.

23rd Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

James and the team kept us updated and constantly chased solicitors and agents throughout the chain. They even ended up chasing our own sale when our selling agent was lagging behind! We always knew what was happening and genuinely felt they were pushing the whole chain towards completion. A massive thank you to James and the team.”

16th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

We offered on it the next morning, the service we received from Sharon & the team was absolutely excellent!<br>We were from out of county but there was no problem Sharon kept us updated on a regular basis & always handled our queries & numerous phone calls promptly & with great humour!<br>We would highly recommend Sharon & the team at Rosedale!

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. 7th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)We lost 2 house purchases across a torrid 9 month period - then Hannah and Glen @ Firmin & Co Crowland came to the rescue.<br>They found us our dream home and were amazing throughout the process, through quickly and thoroughly understanding our needs and catering accordingly.<br>Their knowledge and professionalism is second to no-one, but they're truly lovely people too which makes all the difference.<br>Hannah and Glen break the 'typical' estate agent mould and our relationship with them will extend far beyond the purchase of our new home.<br>Thankyou both!

They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.
