1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)"I submitted an enquiry to view a property but never received a callback to arrange a viewing. While I understand agents are busy, a simple text or email to acknowledge my interest would have been appreciated. I hope their service is better for other clients. ??????
29th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I recently bought my first home through Sharman Quinney Estate Agents Market Deeping, They helped me secure the property within my budget and even coordinated with the solicitor to speed up completion.
31st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Called the above to ascertain a price for Removal of a Wasps nest. Within a short time I received a call from Fergal to discuss the issue. It became apparent from the discussion that there was an added complication as it was next to a Koi pond. So Fergal asked for a video. Duly sent further discussion. The site of the nest meant it needed to be a Live Extraction, mot normally carried out. Which effected the price.<br>Fergal arrived 2 days later suited and booted for extraction. It was quite a spectacle, the huge amount of wasps that the nest held, and the precautions required to carry out the task, plus the knowledge. Following the extraction of the nest and wasps, there was a section difficult to access. Fergal applied a spray to kill the remaining wasps, however he asked to monitor the nest and check in with Fergal. He came back today and removed more structure to totally remove the final small section.of the nest. The remaining wasps were not aggressive as 2 days ago. Extremely pleased, with the Professional approach and transparency through the process. Throughly recommend.<br>Thank you Fergal.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
15th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

16th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)As a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! 24th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We have put our house on with William H Brown of Long Sutton, We are so impressed with their professionalism, how we were dealt with and made to feel thoughly confident in going with this estate agent. They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.
