29th May 2026 (23 days ago)Horrendous customer service and complete lack of accountability If I could give zero stars, I would. We enquired about a highly sought-after 5-bedroom letting and were told there was only one specific day available for viewings. We completely rearranged our schedules and drove nearly an hour (a 2-hour round trip) to attend. Upon arrival, the agent was nowhere to be found. When we called, it turned out the agent had booked us into a completely different 3-bedroom property at a totally different location. Because of their internal administrative blunder, we missed out on the correct property entirely, as it went under offer to people who were actually given the correct address. When we raised this with the branch manager, Christina, instead of apologizing professionally and offering a solution, she actively tried to shift the blame onto us. She argued that because their automated confirmation email contained the wrong address, it was our job to proofread their agent's data entry before traveling. She then bizarrely claimed that because the property was high demand, it didn’t matter that we were sent to the wrong house because we "might not have got it anyway." An absolute masterclass in gaslighting and shocking customer service. They refuse to take responsibility for their own staff's human errors. If you are a landlord, be aware that this agency is actively losing you good, proceedable tenants through pure incompetence and then alienating them afterwards. Avoid at all costs.- 10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)They were friendly, professional and responded quickly to my enquiries. They had someone in mind when I instructed them and in fact a sale was agreed before it even went on to the market! Their sales progressor was then invaluable in making sure the process made it through to completion.

Helped with enquiries, chased solicitors when needed and been really helpful.

She arranged viewings quickly and answered all of our questions honestly. Although we ended up finding a house elsewhere, the experience with her was very positive and professional. Would definitely recommend working with her.

Sienna and Zita were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions I had throughout the process, all be I had many questions ?????? They made everything straightforward and stress-free, keeping me updated at every stage and ensuring the move went as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent, and I felt supported throughout the entire tenancy application process. I would highly recommend Tucker Gardner Ely to anyone looking to rent a property. 22nd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

16th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. The advertisement of our property was excellent which produced a load of viewings,that were all expertly handled by the team. Regular updates were given on the vieeings etc and it was always easy to get hold of a team member for questions or advice. Would definitely recommend Aspire.excellent service and value for money.

We had 6 other local estate agents come over to value the house and Steve was the only one who seemed so friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. He talked us through the valuation and listened to our opinions too. The fee - We liked that Steve offered a competitive percentage based on the final sale price. Steve organised a fantastic videographer and photographer to take photos and videos of our house and the final results were stunning!! He also provided a 360 tour of our property too. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks! We had some ups and downs between selling and competition (no fault of Steve or ours) and Steve was there every step of the way! Our sale completed within 10 weeks which is super quick (thanks to our amazing solicitors and Steve’s fantastic work ethic) Always quick and easy to contact Steve via phone call or what’s app. We are so pleased we chose next level properties and we highly recommend! Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process. He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing.
