8th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Used this agent as we’d used then previously but didn’t live up to past performance. Very poor feedback if any.
16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Cannot share anything but praise and thanks - in particular to Elliot and Hayley for the sale of our late mums house. We are very grateful for your efforts and support. Sarah and Naomi
12th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)A J Eyre and Sons provided us with a first rate service in the sale of our property. The friendly staff kept us informed of current developments, offering advice where necessary based on a wealth of experience. We thoroughly recommend their services.

18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Still no call from anyone regarding my recent review. Just another reflection on this awful company.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I had a great experience dealing with Julia at Sims Williams. She was really helpful and friendly throughout, always happy to answer our questions, keeping us informed and making the whole process feel straightforward.

She really went above and beyond to help us secure a great deal, which I really appreciated. Her communication was great, and she was always approachable and easy to get along with. On top of that, she was lovely to deal with and made the whole thing feel easy and even enjoyable.

She’s a real credit to Sims Williams, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!- 2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Very bad experience when contacting with them, unprofessional
30th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Very friendly, honest service which I would definitely use again
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.
27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Hi this is to say what a true professional Flo is , we was with Mann in Portsmouth totally useless, Flo took over the let and we moved in so easily I recommend this company for all your lettings
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.
6th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Strutt & Parker Chichester Estate Agents delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly attentive, providing clear guidance throughout every stage of the process. Communication was excellent, with prompt and regular updates that made everything smooth and stress-free. They demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome and delivering a premium level of service. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Chichester Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality estate agency. ?????
2nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Poor at communicating - I had to ask for data from right move. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have used Matt and the team a few time for our mortgages now. Communication is always excellent! Highly recommend.
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)O’Hara have been so helpful from the very beginning up until completion. Everything has gone smoothly and I was kept up to date frequently with the steps happening and what I needed to do next. As a first time buyer this was essential because I had no idea what to do! But they made it so easy for me. Thank you to Sue and Laura who were helping with my purchase, I would 100% use this solicitors again.
