12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have sold 3 properties with Cymru and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I sold my house last Wednesday and in today’s climate I was half expecting to have to sit on the market for a very long time. Thanks to listing our house all over the usual property platforms, they did a video tour and uploaded it to their social media. We found a dream buyer and from offer to completion it took 8 weeks. Over those eight weeks, I worked closely with Tina, she did our viewings and also when the time came she was always there on the other end of the phone when I needed her. She was an absolute godsend when I started panicking close to exchange but she reassured me whenever I needed reassurance. She was an absolute star, Thank you Tina x
27th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

26th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)We can’t praise and thank the Clee team in Carmarthen enough for their professional and considerate manner in which they dealt with the sale of our home. Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

Exceptionally understanding of our needs as a family and went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Can't recommend them enough! As a super anxious person, knowing I could pop in, email or phone and be met with nothing but understanding was so comforting. Thank you Beth ?
8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.
22nd Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I used Mallards to sell my house this year, Alun the director personally come out to value my house. He was very reassuring and experienced. Angie, Dawn and Victoria in the office were very friendly and always returned phoned calls and always at hand to give good advice when needed, I found them very genuine. I would use Mallards again and 100% would recommend to friends and family.
10th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)We went to view a house and the estate agent Rachel was very informative, very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her. We also came back for a second visit and Rachel sorted out a few issues we had with the house. Rachel is an asset to John Francis Estate Agents, you need to hold on to this lady.

15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold a property with Dawsons, Gorseinon Branch. Sarah came to value my house, a lovely lady, very professional and a Welsh speaker. Sarah worked with me, and is very knowledgeable and friendly. There is normally someone at the end of the phone if you have any doubts or concerns, they do call back if you leave a message. I have also dealt with Owen who is very kind and helpful and all the staff give you time and that personal touch. The For Sale board was up within a week, Dawsons widely advertised the property, they advised me of every viewing before they took place and an offer was received within 10 days of the property being launched on their website. This has been a very smooth sale and I can’t thank them enough. I used Dawsons recommended solicitors and I have never known solicitors move at such a fast pace. So, if you are you serious about selling your property, I can and do recommend

They’ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn’t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I’ve ever come across and I couldn’t recommend them enough! 28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Downsizing is not easy at any age but as time creeps up on you, you find the stress and complications of selling and moving home difficult. Ben and his team helped to take some of the stress out of the process. No sale proceeds as quickly or smoothly as you hope it will. So I was pleased with the support and good advice I was given. I would strongly recommend any people who are maybe not in the best of health or getting on in years to use SA PROPERTY’s services. No high pressure techniques, good reliable advice and prompt response to your concerns.

Our journey was not an easy one, as we had a lot of difficulty with our sellers solicitors, but he was there every step of the way. He was as invested in the move as much we were.
