22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Poor experience from start to finish. Note: they didn't manage the property itself (our landlord did, and he was great) — they just handled the contract and collected rent.<br><br>Move-in: Days before we were due to move, they suddenly said the gas safety certificate was missing and we couldn't move in. We'd already given notice and booked a removal company. We were told "tomorrow it'll be sorted" for days on end, forcing us to rebook our move multiple times while our old landlady needed us out. Total lack of honesty about what was actually going on.<br><br>During tenancy: Never once late or missed a payment. One month our standing order landed on Monday instead of Sunday the 16th (weekend timing, not our doing), and at 8:30am we got a threatening email warning of "consequences" and credit score damage if we did not pay by 8am (even though they had sent the email after that time). Clearly automated, but reflects badly on them regardless and we never even hear an apology about that.<br><br>Move-out: Made everything unnecessarily difficult. One tenant staying on had to urgently find two flatmates — the agency was slow to respond despite the urgency. Deposit took a month and a half to return. New tenants moved in without even a signed contract, and rent wasn't being passed to the landlord.<br><br>They expect flexibility and understanding from tenants while offering none themselves. Cannot recommend. First negative review I've ever written — that should tell you something.

Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.- 27th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. 12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

Communication was excellent throughout: they kept us fully updated, responded promptly to every question and worked tirelessly to achieve the price we wanted.<br><br>Their dedication and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made the entire sale feel far less stressful than we had anticipated. We truly appreciated how much they did to keep everything moving smoothly and support us at every stage. We have already recommended Liam and Abidul to friends and would happily recommend them to anyone selling a property.
