From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Jennifer went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and answering all my questions promptly. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and approachable in the property industry. I would highly recommend Jennifer and the Acorn Letting team in Dulwich to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive experience. 16th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)In the end Acorn Dulwich took over temporarily but managed to sell our property within a week, listen to our wishes and had great communication. The manager from Acorn Forest Hill Nellie left and someone called Carly took over and her communication was absolutely rubbish she booked in viewings and didn't turn up. Forest Hill Acorn needs more training with knowing how to deal with their clients. Acorn Dulwich the gentleman name Harry gets a 10 star from us!!!
4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

29th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)Throughout a very long and complex sale with lots of issues and potential deal breakers, Richard kept us updated and encouraged. He was always prompt to reply to messages by phone or email. He was always honest and upfront, managing our expectations and delivering difficult news appropriately. With a different estate agent we might not have had the energy to see the sale through. Robert played a similar role throughout the initial part of our sale while we kept having to re-adjust the price in a very tricky market. These guys are the real deal, the opposite of a dodgy estate agent cliché, they know their stuff and genuinely care about their clients.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

Cameron was super responsive, supportive and helpful whenever we needed him. You hear all sorts of bad stories about landlords / agents - Cameron and Brown & Brooke buck that trend happily!

From the very start, Aaron was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the whole process of finding and securing a property completely smooth and stress-free. He was always available when I needed him, followed up promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out properly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and friendly service these days — Aaron truly represents the best of what a letting agent should be. The rest of the team at Charles Knight was also great, but Aaron’s support really stood out. I would highly recommend both the agency and Aaron George to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and efficient letting agent. 10/10 service.

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.
2nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had been looking to move house for around 4 years and given the majority of estate agents we dealt with i can understand why they have the reputation that they do... Lewis is totally different! Throughout the whole process he felt more like a friend than an agent! He was always one phone call or message away and he always went above and beyond to ensure he was helping to the best of his abilities. I now understand why Lewis often mentioned his phone battery was about to die as it is clear he must treat every client with the same care and consideration! Going forwards I will only be looking to use Lewis for any property dealings and I have already recommended him to family and friends - who are using him! Thanks once again for all your help Lewis!

17th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)After years of using the big established estate agents and never been completely satisfied I decided to try a local independent estate agent Grafton and I’m glad I did,right the start Tariq the owner was on the ball keeping me informed offering sound advice and always on the end of the phone if I had something I needed to discuss,something that rarely happens with the bigger estate agents,Grafton are now managing my flat and I would definitely recommend them if your buying,selling or renting

It took us a while but we all got there in the end! Thanks Abidul- 16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
