13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jenna was excellent from start to finish. A lovely manner and would highly recommend. Not your typical pushy estate agent but instead was focused in understanding clients needs and very friendly Ns communication was excellent, even on her days off!

From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

Byron provided us with an excellent experience and was quick to respond to our requirements. 27th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Admin Rosie Goodall is most helpful to assist effectively and efficiently by cc me into accounts of my two relatives (who are Leaseholders of Latymer Court) as well as given her instruction to the estate office too. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

As a tenant, I have always been satisfied by the way the team passes information and responds reactively. I want to thank in particular Jonathan Davis as my property manager for over 2 years. 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Should have looked at the negative reviews about the return of Deposits. Susan dealt with our rental and shes blunt and doesn't really care. Happy to rent us a house that covered in marks, scuffs, cracks, broken blinds and mysterious dirt around the toilet but as soon as it comes to check out, shes happy to put forward an extortionate amount to be deducted from the deposit. Do yourself a favour, if you're going to rent through Stanfords...Don't. UPDATE: Got £190 back from a £210 dispute between stanfords/landlord. They tried about 4 times to tell me that its going to take months and just pay a reduced price (tried charging around £500 for betterment of the property) and said they would do £450. Either way, we ended up paying less than half of that, dont let them bully you into thinking youre wasting your time and NEVER just pay the random prices they pull out of their ( ( ) Luckily TDS listen to tenants and listed out that Stanfords/Landlord was trying to get money for betterment.

A special mention must go to Fi and Michelle, who were both incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive every step of the way. Their excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I was always kept informed and felt confident that my sale was in safe hands. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, everything progressed efficiently and with minimal hassle. 5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Thank you, Jamie, for all your help and support.
28th May 2026 (22 days ago)We really recommend Bradley from Hunters. His professionalism was completely unmatched. From start to finish, he was personable, attentive, and absolutely brilliant. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house in Forest Hill, and honestly, we wouldn’t have managed to get everything over the line so smoothly without him. What really stood out was Bradley’s ability to sell the vision of our home. We were selling a large five-bedroom house that was quite complex and needed a lot of work, so it took someone very skilled to help potential buyers see its potential. Bradley was fantastic during every viewing. He really took the time to understand our vision for the house and communicate that to buyers in such a genuine and effective way. Before choosing Hunters, we spoke with two other estate agents that were nowhere near the level of service Bradley provided. The difference was incredible. Another thing we really appreciated was Bradley’s dedication throughout the process. He always arrived well before potential buyers to prepare for viewings, and afterwards he stayed to give detailed feedback to me and my fiancé, which honestly felt unheard of compared to our previous experiences. He always removed his shoes too without asking, and was great with our dog and cats. We are so grateful to Bradley because without him, we truly don’t believe we would have sold the house as quickly or as smoothly as we did. We couldn’t recommend Bradley and Hunters highly enough.

We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. We viewed and moved in within 10 days - highly recommend. Thanks so much Caroline!
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

3rd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

Azra was really helpful and very nice from the first visit to the end, in constant communication with us to provide update and answer our questions/pass them on to the vendor. I can’t recommend enough this agency, I have friends who had a terrible time buying a house, this was not our case at all. Even when getting our keys, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks again to Azra and the whole team !!
28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Great estate agents that got us our rental, they were really quick in replying and in getting everything to us. There were some roadblocks due to sickness but both Ruby and Siobhan went above and beyond to get everything sorted for our move in date!
