28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)The real estate agent Mr. Olatunde Ogungbadare was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning. From the very first time we met, he connected with us, wifey and myself and genuinely expressed interest in our search after narrating our past experiences. After showing us the flat, we were hesitant and wanted to view other places. However Mr. Olatunde encouraged us to look at the long term and offered us some wonderful ideas. Few days after, we decided to go ahead and started the process. Everything went smooth in the beginning till we encountered an unfortunate bump on our part due to a typo. It almost derailed everything and this is where Mr. Olatunde went the extra distance to work with us. On his day off, Mr. Olatunde offered to meet with us in his office and sorted out every detail. It was very stressful but he patiently took it upon himself to get over the bump to get us the flat. By Gods Grace, eventually everything worked out and we finally got the flat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Mr. Olatunde. We are very grateful.

All of the team were fantastically supportive, and Tate in particular went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as it could have been under the circumstances. They handled viewings really well and helped us to secure an offer that matched our expectations. They did their very best to expedite the sale, and ensured we were fully informed at all times. I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending KFH Forest Hill.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.
8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I chose Black & Blanc to sell my mother's house ahead of a move to Oxfordshire. Everything from start to finish was managed fantastically well and given my mother is an elderly woman with dementia, handled her sensitively and brilliantly. This was a difficult chain with late complications and a tight timeframe but the whole move was done in under 3 months. That it got done at all was down to the tenacity, professionalism and proactivity of the team there - our negotiator Rhianna in particular, supported by the co-founder Kapil at the business end - in particular in pushing solicitors all across the chain and leaving nothing to chance. Yes, this agent is a little more expensive than some agents but they are so worth it - you don't want to cut corners on something as stressful as a house move. Highly recommended!

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

Working with Graham and then Azra they guided me through a changing market and provided fantastic advise and communication throughout the process. Azra is one of the best agents I have worked with, she went above and beyond to keep me updated and was always available despite us being in completely different time zones.
