6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We were very pleased with the service offered by Black & Blanc. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

26th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.- 15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Meet the lovely Carina today.
