We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Zoe Napier advertising triggered multiple viewings. However the initial prospective buyers were matches for other styles of property. Once this was acknowledged Zoe Napier changed the advertising words, the pictures were already sensationally good. The right words triggered even more viewings, this time real perspective buyers for our property. Once the words were changed the valuation was spot on. A sales has been agreed and Zoe Napier progress chasing has been very effective. There are 10 prospective buyers waiting to see if the sale completed.

19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I used this company to manage 2 of my properties. The only management was to have the tenants pay into their account, take their cut and transfer to me. After 2 years, I took over the management myself. They then refused to forward the inventory reports, which I had paid them for! Beware!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service
20th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Used Ashtons as was a prospective buyer of a property they marketed. Not so many issues with the office but the sales progression team were always quite slow to respond and could never get through to the assigned person to my case. Additionally used ashtons to sell my property and I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience. The problems began immediately. The agency provided an initial valuation to secure our business in July, only to suggest a £25,000 price reduction after just one week, admitting there was no interest. Despite agreeing to the reduction, it did not correlate to an increase in activity which would lead to questions around marketing and resource as Ashtons list a lot of properties. By September, they had only managed to secure two viewings. We received absolutely no feedback from either of these viewings, despite requesting it, leaving us completely in the dark. Lastly thier fees are quite opaque and if youre new to selling read through everything very carefully. In the non flex fees there are baked in withdrawal fees that ensure ashtons get paid regardless if they sell or not. Which gives them little incentive to really push your property in my opinion. The alternative is you pay money up front to them to sell your property which is preposterous. Fundamentally all the agents use rightmove to market your property and that's where most people go to find houses. In summary: an inaccurate valuation, negligible effort, a complete lack of communication, and a devious fee structure designed to charge you even when they fail to perform.

My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Awful experience. Lack of communication, lying to prospective buyers. Late and unprofessional with viewings, staged false viewings, just couldn’t be bothered. As for professional standards, brochure was a disaster of poor photos, false information, website never updated and a contract which equated to a scribbled mess if I’m honest. Altogether a dreadful experience that cost us both in time and financially. They admitted truth but no apology. Wish we had never trusted them. Maybe they have become too complacent and need to retire. All staff are incompetent and that comes from the top.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

William in particular was highly responsive to our emails and calls, keeping us updated each step, chasing legal parties on our behalf. William had great empathy towards our personal situation and we felt that he went above and beyond to make the sale happen within our timeframe for us. Highly recommended from us!
