Dealing extensively with the Brookmans Park office the whole team was always responsive and insightful - particular shout out to Nicola - the branch manager. Attentive and informed - I'm almost sorry to see the transaction complete. Not all agents in Brookmans Park are equal - choose wisely if you want a stress-free process.

10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.

It was not an easy house to sell, but Lisa was so approachable and took the time to explain my options and associated risks throughout the process and provided frequent updates. I highly recommend her.

He ensured our viewers were serious, arranged most viewings while we were on holiday to minimise disruption, and we received 2 offers within a week, one of which we accepted. Matthew ensured that all buyer enquiries were dealt with and that there was a good flow of information and communication, and seamlessly helped guide us through some of the usual challenges, difficulties and uncertainties along the way. From the time we went to market to the time we exchanged was about 12 weeks, and Matthew's expert navigation and guidance were key to everything going smoothly for us and our buyers. (July -Oct 2026). We used WhatsApp for instant messaging and real-time updates, which worked really well for me. He always got in touch when he said he would and delivered on his commitments. We always had his attention when we needed it, which supported continuity and consistency; he always had time for us and any queries we had. His highly personalised service meant we felt valued and were treated with respect and understanding throughout. Barrons sold us the house when we bought it, and we didn't hesitate to approach them again when we came to sell it. Barron's fees are very reasonable and highly competitive, and the service is outstanding; Matthew goes above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and our buyers felt positive and confident. You will not go wrong with Barrons, and I can't recommend them highly enough!.

I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

I was very impressed with the level of communication Lisa & her staff delivered & prompt responses when delays by solicitors were happening .<br>In addition , incidental enquiries were dealt with in a considerate manner & handled with speed .<br>The team were all approachable & friendly & highly motivated to get the best outcome for your purchase or sale .

I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.

What a great team led by Hussein Madarbakus, who happened to be the agent who sold me my flat 10 years ago so i didn't hesitate to go to him to sell it recently. Daniel McHenry was put in charge of my flat sale and he was very professional, always available and showed up for me 200%. I am not very trusting of estate agents, but this is a team you can trust !
