We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.

29th May 2026 (20 days ago)I bought a flat through Kingstons and I have been happy and impressed by their service. My purchase was handled by Ben Clinch who showed good knowledge and experience. An agency that has a good property portfolio and who were easy to get in touch with throughout the process and post completion. I would recommend Kingstons.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Hannah was quick to answer any questions I had and kept me well informed at every stage, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The viewing was well organised, and the property was exactly as described. Referencing and paperwork were handled efficiently, and I appreciated how clearly Hannah explained everything.

But if you're really lucky you may cross paths with Michelle at the Chippenham office, who very generously gave up her lunch break to show us a fabulous house during our very limited time in the area for house viewings. Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Not only did she turn out late on a Friday evening to show me round the house, but she helped advise me when my previous house wasn't selling. I had her excellent knowledge and advice throughout the whole process and am delighted with the property she helped me purchase. Very knowledgeable and she couldn't have done more.

Both Ben and Stewart kept me up to date with viewings and feedback and then communicated throughout the sale of the property. They valued my house at exactly the right price for a sale. They kept me informed regularly throughout the selling process. The house was under offer in a week! Fabulous service couldn't be happier with my choice of agent. Best in the Cotswolds area. I also used Hunter French for a renting agent. Again I couldn't fault the service they gave me. 27th May 2026 (22 days ago)Incredibly poor service. Book a viewing for a house, and given a future date (about 4 weeks later) that we could move in. Only to be latterly told that the date is the date that the owner is having an electric survey done, and we couldn't move in. And that the result of the survey may mean additional works need to be done. Resulting in even later access. Obviously everyone want sot live in a safe house. SO WHY PUT IN ON THE MARKET AND ACCEPT MULTIPLE VIEWINGS, only to mess those viewers are for over a month. Unprofessional, unapologetic, time wasting, fools. Avoid.

30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely disgraceful behavior, changed the viewing last minute and didnt even bother to show up at the new time or if they did, didnt bother to call us to confirm. Left us standing in the heat for 30mins with no explanation. Unprofessional!! We drove all the way from southampton.
