17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

25th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Sold our house with Kingstons, working with Ben H. Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.
