19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

They were always warm, friendly and supportive, making the whole process straightforward at what was an important and emotional time for our family. They kept us updated throughout and were always happy to help. We’re very grateful for their care and personal touch and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Ellie Glass was my primary contact although everyone in the office was involved in some way or other.<br>The sale proved to be very difficult and protracted with many obstacles.<br>Throughout the sale Ellie was constantly in touch with calls or emails and worked exceptionally hard with the chain to help the sale along. I’m pretty sure that if not for the efforts of Ellie, Sam and the team I would still be waiting to move.<br>Thank you all very much.

So knowledgeable and made every effort to get us the best deal. He made the process so easy and stress free, even jumping on a long distance call while we were in the US to get the ball rolling on our mortgage application. 2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a good viewing experience with Karen and communication with Helen was brilliant - very helpful and responsive with an issue we had after offer accepted. Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day. Exchange and completion went smoothly and overall I would recommend Perry Bishop Tetbury to others.

Nothing was ever to much & the communication was excellent between them & ourselves, along with the solicitor, from first viewing to completion all under 8 weeks ?????? We were shown 2 houses by the team and each member was very knowledgeable about the properties we were shown. Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.- 15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.

He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and also happens to be one of the nicest people in the business.<br><br>I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris for nearly 10 years, and throughout that time he has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for his clients really set him apart.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone i know looking to buy or sell a home!

Really efficient getting our house on the market extremely quickly and getting lots of viewings through the door in what was a slow market. He was an excellent communicator with useful updates and feedback throughout. Very reasonable rates and clearly successful with the amount of his sold signs around the area. He's sold both mine and my partner's properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
