15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

They’ve made the whole process so much easier and nothing has ever been too much trouble. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful people in this industry, and they both deserve a huge thank you. 5 star service!

8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Been trying to get recommendations of properties for sale via email. Signed up in July and not had anything despite seeing houses on sites like rightmove. Tried the chat bot but conversation was terminated as it took me too long to finish a reply! Awful way to run a business. Particularly as we're cash buyers!!

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her.<br><br>After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Professional and friendly with realistic valuations. Excellent knowledge of the market. House basically sold in a few days with several offers. The team were always available and very helpful, warm and knowledgeable.

21st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)We had previously listed with a high street agent and received little feedback or proactivity, so moving to Addison Mead was the best decision we made. Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process.
