Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.<br>Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!<br>Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????

Helen made the whole process effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble, questions were answered quickly, and she facilitated numerous viewings for us without ever making us feel like an inconvenience.<br><br>It has been a genuine pleasure doing business with Bagshaws, and Helen is a true unicorn amongst the majority of, frankly, abysmal estate agents we’ve come across!<br><br>Professional, friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.<br>We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.

17th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.<br><br>I travelled all the way from London to view a property in Leek, at significant personal expense. Due to transport disruptions, I kept the agency updated throughout the day and, after a lot of pleading, they kindly agreed to a slightly later viewing, which I appreciated.<br><br>However, after viewing the property, I completed my application promptly. I then had to chase the agency multiple times for an update. Instead of keeping me informed, I eventually found out the property had already been let. This was extremely frustrating after the amount of time, effort and money I had invested.<br><br>I was then asked to provide my requirements for future properties, which I did immediately, but I received no further communication.<br><br>My biggest disappointment wasn’t losing the property it was the lack of communication. If applicants are expected to respond quickly, agencies should also keep applicants updated in a timely and professional manner.<br><br>I hope they improve their communication with future prospective tenants.

26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)In their correspondence emails they warn about companies in this field. they say "this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company! • Drop their offer at the last minute - If a serious structural issue is raised during the survey, this may affect the offer price. However, a genuine home buyer would NEVER try to renegotiate their formal offer based on cosmetic concerns. " This is exactly what they did so this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
