14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Do NOT lease through Cound. They gave my wife & i so much anxiety and difficulty. They gave her the wrong keys, and didn't get the correct ones to her for 4 entire days, while gaslighting her that she was just using them wrong. Upon checkout they took 14 days to return the deposit, and that was after I hounded them daily for over a week. When I was adding my name to the lease we had so much trouble, due to the agent being incompetent. AVOID COUND AT ALL COSTS.

11th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have a rental property in Herne Hill. It is also my home when I am in the UK. When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
2nd Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Had a lovely experience with Knightsbridge estate agents, specifically Jessica Richard’s :) she was very accommodating during the search, showed me around a couple flats in the area and helped me find the perfect home for the duration of my studies in London, within walking distance to university and within my budget- on a very short notice. The process was quick from viewing to singing the lease and she helped me every step of the way. I’ve got no complaints.
28th May 2026 (22 days ago)I strongly advise anyone considering this estate agency to avoid them entirely. My family and I were left without hot water for four months due to the agency’s complete lack of communication and failure to respond to emails or address urgent maintenance issues. To make matters worse, after moving out of the property, my deposit was withheld for an additional four months without being properly protected or returned. The situation became so serious that we were forced to involve solicitors and are currently pursuing legal action in order to recover our deposit and seek compensation. The individual primarily responsible for the lack of communication throughout this ordeal was Muniza Adam, whose failure to respond or provide support caused significant stress and inconvenience to my family. If you value professionalism, lawful handling of deposits, and basic communication from your estate agent, I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. ZERO STARS

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)This was not a good experience and I would recommend avoiding this agency. Firstly though, the positive: They responded to a concern that we had regarding the status of the property that would have constituted a health hazard. They commissioned works to fix the issue and they were promptly and effectively carried out. They were also always polite and friendly in their communication. However the reasons I recommend avoiding them is as follows: They took over management of our tenancy from a previous agency and neglected to perform any checks of the status of the property. When they did take over, they called us to up our rent by 1/3rd. It's quite unusual to raise rent by such a high amount like this. They made it clear that we would have to leave if we couldn't comply, but we grudgingly did as we knew our rent was lower than the market value due to Covid making rents generally lower at the time we signed the contract. When we moved out, they tried to deduct the cost of our professional clean (£170+) from our deposit despite the fact that we'd cleaned it to a high standard and knew we weren't liable. They relied on the assumption that we would be too intimidated to challenge them and that we wouldn't know the law. We fought and won all of our deposit back, and they wasted our time for months and attempted to deny us money which they knew was rightfully ours. Because they didn't have any evidence, as they'd neglected to take any stock of the inventory or the status of the property when they should have, they didn't have any way to prove their claims, which already had no basis. At this time and other times during our tenancy, they also showed a willingness to lie outright, both in person and in written communication, and didn't seem concerned or aware that they were contradicting themselves. For these reasons, I would recommend avoiding the agency, both as a prospective tenant and as an owner. They cannot be trusted in their words and engage in intimidation and manipulation as part of their standard business practice. Their approach might have worked in the past, even leaving aside the ethical issue, but it is very unsuited to the future, where renters rights are ever increasingly protected and people have access to more information and ways to communicate.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
9th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

12th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

After we reached out on Rightmove he got us into the property the very same day, negotiated painting of the house, got the offer accepted and a holding deposit paid within 24 hours! He has been super quick and patient with all our questions and getting references and super supportive! We are all signed now and so excited to be moving. Thank you so much for your help you have been fab would highly recommend if you are looking for someone friendly, professional and helpful.
