3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Our experience renting through Druce has been one of broken promises, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. An all round horrible experience.<br><br>We did everything asked of us, promptly and in good faith. We signed the tenancy, passed all referencing and guarantor checks, and paid our deposit and a full month's rent without a single delay. In return, we were handed a flat that was nowhere near ready to live in. What is even more shocking that the landlord had not been aware of the majority of this, showing the way in which Druce "take care" of their clients...<br><br>Despite professional cleaning being an agreed condition of our tenancy, the flat was not cleaned. It was left full of the previous occupant's belongings. There was broken glass left on the balcony. We were given only one key for two tenants. The bed we were promised was never provided, leaving a bedroom of a two-bedroom flat unusable. And, discovered by us, and not disclosed by them, there were mouse droppings and large holes throughout the flat, along with a long list of other defects: missing radiator valves leaving rooms with no heating, broken cupboards, broken toilet seats, a loose electrical socket, and more. None of it was mentioned to us before we signed and paid.<br><br>Druce openly admitted to us that they had rushed the process to meet the move-in date. Yet when we raised that the flat was unusable, we were told it had been "our choice" not to move in. We had already given up our previous homes on the strength of that date. As a result, we spent a week without a home, staying with friends, all while paying full rent for a property we could not live in. When asked for a deduction to the next months rent, they declined, as well as declining to take accountability for any of this.<br><br>Nothing was resolved proactively. Every single step forward came only after repeated chasing, formal complaints, and escalation on our part. For a firm that presents itself the way Druce does, the standard of service, honesty, and basic care has been genuinely shocking.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Druce, think very carefully for the service you are paying for. We would not want anyone else to go through what we have. Or even better, DO NOT USE DRUCE!

4th May 2026 (5 mo. ago)I strongly advise against renting from this letting agency. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. They were inconsiderate and rude, failed to return my full deposit even though the property was left immaculate, and repeatedly showed up at the flat unannounced. It was an extremely negative experience from start to finish.

It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. Franki was always chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and she usually knew what was happening before my solicitor!

24th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very unprofessional. Went for a viewing for a flat to purchase, I made an offer and still waiting to hear back after 5 days.... I chased them up, and still nothing. The flat is still advertised. I will bring my custom and money elsewhere.

However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. My partner and I came to Ash at GrowPortfolio after a previous landlord pulled out of our rental agreement days before move in. Given the urgency of our search, Ash was patient, reassuring and quick to get us in by our previous move date. Not only that, he handled our anxiety in the most kind and polite manner, which really helped humanise the process (where normally it feels very vapid in London).<br><br>If you are considering a property with GrowPortfolio, do it.
