I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.
9th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I recently had to sell my late parents' house and decided to instruct Hamptons in Wimbledon Village.<br><br>My reason for choosing Hamptons over the other agents was solely down to Richard. He took the time to research the property and discovered that Hamptons had in fact sold the property to my parents back in 1988, and he found the original sales particulars and also some old photos.<br><br>He gave me all the information I needed (and more) without the hard sell. I have worked in the industry for years and it was so refreshing not to be given the "patter". He filled me with confidence and didn't let me down.<br><br>Both Kasper and Richard worked hard to get multiple viewings and offers within two weeks, in the hardest month of the year to sell a property (December) and the sale exchanged only 3 months later.<br><br>Kasper saw the sale through and kept me fully informed at all stages. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the speed of the sale.<br><br>Dealing with grief, the sale and emptying of a family home and probate felt overwhelming at times, but I felt fully supported by the Hamptons Team. Thank you!
7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.
25th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)My partner and I had 2 tenancies managed by Jade in Samuel Estates. Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

This was the second time I'd used this branch and would not hesitate to use them again (although I sincerely hope I don't need to).
12th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)When we decided to put our house on the market we looked at a few different agents, but opted for the Personal Agent, due to the service and advice received even before the sales process had begun. The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

After probate was granted, the sale progressed smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Miira undertook additional tasks for us such as vacant property insurance inspection visits which minimised our need to travel to the property. The sale completed within 4 months of going to market. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next.
