When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

I don’t particularly believe in this simplistic division between supposedly “good” and “bad” agencies. Reality is considerably more complex than that.<br><br>What people often overlook is the human factor. Different personalities, different expectations, different levels of understanding and, above all, entirely different ways of communicating. The very same situation can be interpreted in completely opposite ways depending on the individuals involved.<br><br>And this is precisely why I question whether the number of negative reviews here, or the overall rating itself, genuinely reflects the collective reality of dealing with this agency.<br><br>A collection of individual experiences, however strongly expressed, does not automatically constitute an objective representation of the whole. A numerical rating is ultimately an accumulation of subjective impressions, not some universal measurement of reality.<br><br>I’m not suggesting that anyone’s negative experience is imaginary or unjustified. I’m simply questioning the assumption that the loudest or most visible opinions necessarily represent the experiences of everyone else.<br><br>As for the agency itself, I find their selection of properties genuinely interesting, particularly the locations, which I consider one of their strongest advantages.<br><br>From my personal experience, I have absolutely nothing significant to criticise. I don’t feel the need to manufacture complaints simply because the prevailing opinion happens to be negative.<br><br>I form my own conclusions from what I actually experience, rather than adopting someone else’s perception as my own.<br><br>And on that basis, I have no hesitation in recommending this agency.<br><br>Not because I consider them perfect, but because I see no reason to pretend my experience has been anything other than positive.

They were always quick to sort out any issues whenever they arose, although thankfully there were very few.<br><br>They were also so flexible and supportive when we were moving out of the flat to buy our first home, which we really appreciated during what was quite a big transition for us.<br><br>A lovely family-run business and a pleasure to deal with - thanks so much to Grace and the team for all your support over the last couple of years!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.

Issues are resolved quickly and professionally and their communication is second to none.<br><br>I want to specifically call out the wonderful work of Francesca, who has looked after us for the last few years. We had a very complex situation this year with our buildings water supply and Francesca was empathetic, supportive and most importantly super effective at ensuring we were looked after as tenants during a very stressful time! We really valued the kindness.<br><br>I’d highly recommend renting through Benham and Reeves if you want to avoid the horrors of renting that we all hear about - this team does it the right way!

12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Both the tenants and l receive a very personable service which you do not often find these days. I have complete trust in the company, they are reliable, honest and trust worthy and keep me up to date with current legislations and anything that l need to do/know in regard to renting out a property. Very highly recommend.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday.
