Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you. Professional, friendly and able to take some of the stress out of the London housing market. Thank you both.

When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

We fully completed the sale of our 2 bed flat within 8 weeks of our initial introductory meeting. We cannot recommend the team at Winkworths Clapham highly enough, they have been absolutely first class, delivering exactly what was asked of them.

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)RUN AWAY from this agency. I had a deeply disappointing experience dealing with Mr. William Delaney, Anne Hughes, and Coopers of London during a serious disrepair issue involving leaks, water damage, lack of hot water, and pest concerns. Communication was consistently confrontational, dismissive, and completely lacking professionalism. Rather than addressing urgent tenant concerns constructively, Mr. Delaney repeatedly minimized issues and adopted a hostile tone in written correspondence. We documented everything carefully with photographs, videos, and emails, which were later escalated. Instead of resolving the issues, the agency argued technicalities and unreasonable terms. We endured over 3 months of disruptive construction works while still being charged full rent, despite parts of the property — including the bathroom — being unusable. We were simply told to use a nearby gym bathroom, which was unacceptable. There were also repeated access attempts without proper consent or coordination, creating significant stress and disruption. During COVID, as an asthmatic tenant trying to avoid unnecessary exposure, I requested viewings take place in our presence and provided multiple alternative time slots. Instead of handling this respectfully, William insulted us and my medical concerns were qualified as “spurious.” He went ahead to the viewing without our consent. As tenants, we remained cooperative and repeatedly tried to accommodate access and repairs. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency, and I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through Coopers of London. 8th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)I've recently worked with Charlotte at John D Wood & Co, throughout the viewing appointments, Charlotte constantly showed true professionalism and expertise for the local area going above and beyond. Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.
30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)This was not a good experience and I would recommend avoiding this agency. Firstly though, the positive: They responded to a concern that we had regarding the status of the property that would have constituted a health hazard. They commissioned works to fix the issue and they were promptly and effectively carried out. They were also always polite and friendly in their communication. However the reasons I recommend avoiding them is as follows: They took over management of our tenancy from a previous agency and neglected to perform any checks of the status of the property. When they did take over, they called us to up our rent by 1/3rd. It's quite unusual to raise rent by such a high amount like this. They made it clear that we would have to leave if we couldn't comply, but we grudgingly did as we knew our rent was lower than the market value due to Covid making rents generally lower at the time we signed the contract. When we moved out, they tried to deduct the cost of our professional clean (£170+) from our deposit despite the fact that we'd cleaned it to a high standard and knew we weren't liable. They relied on the assumption that we would be too intimidated to challenge them and that we wouldn't know the law. We fought and won all of our deposit back, and they wasted our time for months and attempted to deny us money which they knew was rightfully ours. Because they didn't have any evidence, as they'd neglected to take any stock of the inventory or the status of the property when they should have, they didn't have any way to prove their claims, which already had no basis. At this time and other times during our tenancy, they also showed a willingness to lie outright, both in person and in written communication, and didn't seem concerned or aware that they were contradicting themselves. For these reasons, I would recommend avoiding the agency, both as a prospective tenant and as an owner. They cannot be trusted in their words and engage in intimidation and manipulation as part of their standard business practice. Their approach might have worked in the past, even leaving aside the ethical issue, but it is very unsuited to the future, where renters rights are ever increasingly protected and people have access to more information and ways to communicate.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)BE CAREFUL! As a tenant this company are a nightmare, they don't care for you at all. So slow to respond to queries, unprofessional and misleading. When we first moved in the flat was in a complete mess - dust, grit, mould, hair and even used underwear hiding underneath the kitchen sink. They insisted a professional clean had taken place which was obviously a lie, on moving out of the property we cleaned to professional standard and have been footed with a large bill, including random over-priced costs. Several problems with our property during our stay which they were slow to respond to including the balcony having a massive and dangerous hole in it which caused leaks into the downstairs neighbour, and meant we couldn't use during the hot weather, they were so slow to get someone in for this and when they did he did a bodge job that will rot in a couple years time, made a complete mess of our flat and the communal area in the process. Never responded to our requests to fix the window that had rotted. Unorganised - when showing the properties to other tenants they had the wrong keys with them so I came round to let them in, also didn't communicate clearly on when viewings were cancelled so had me waiting at home when nobody arrived. It's so common to have useless agencies, but we now are with a lovely company who really care for us, are quick and reasonable - it does exist!

12th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Jack was so patient with all the delays, chased the solicitors and buyers when we were losing the will, and kept us sane. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. Really appreciate everything!

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!

Ruby then kissed with buyers, buyers solicitors, my solicitors and others to get the sale completed. All of them were friendly calm and professional and it was a total joy to deal with them.
