James was extremely helpful throughout the viewing and rental process and made our move to the area much easier.<br><br>After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.<br><br>We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.<br><br>Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.<br><br>Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. Thank you, Esther, for everything you do — it is very much appreciated.<br><br>And thank you again to James for helping us find and secure a home that we are very happy in.

The whole team are extremely professional, honest & knowledgeable. They often go above and beyond, offered in a friendly way with a genuine commitment to help. Always a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend!
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

The team was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable, and a geniune pleasure to interact with.<br>Our purchase timeline was way longer than expected (due to unrelated reasons) and we were impressed with how much help and reassurance Rochford Stokes provided during those tricky times. Annie, thank you for your perseverance and for constantly finding new ways of (very politely) chasing people. Jason & Jason, thank you for guiding us through the whole process, and for your knowledge and professionalism.<br>If we ever wanted to move we know who we'd be going to!

20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. I highly recommend Foxtons Battersea, and especially Alex, to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and proper support.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling experience. I called earlier today specifically to confirm that the viewing was still going ahead, and I was told that it was. I left work and travelled 40 minutes to get to the property, only to receive a message five minutes before the viewing informing me that it had been cancelled.<br><br>When I called to ask what had happened, I was told that the landlord had already accepted an offer and that they had apparently known about this for an hour. Yet, nobody bothered to inform me, despite having my contact details and having confirmed the viewing earlier that same day.<br><br>This is an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for people’s time. Leaving work and travelling 40 minutes for absolutely nothing, when a simple phone call or message could have prevented it, is incredibly frustrating.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not trust this agency to handle my time or my property search professionally. The lack of communication and basic courtesy is disgraceful.

16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.

They were excellent throughout and really went above and beyond, with wonderful marketing and photography, professional viewings and an efficient offer process. They achieved around twenty viewings in a week and multiple offers at a time when other agents may be slow and struggling.<br><br>I was also a landlord for around ten years using Greenwoods to manage the property.<br><br>With both sales and lettings, Peter Greenwood has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of properties and the market. If ever there was an issue, which required his higher level of expertise and gravitas, he would step in to resolve. We knew we could rely on him and his dedication and professionalism.<br><br>With lettings negotiations and management, Indiana was fantastic and always keen to achieve the best outcome.<br><br>Scott is a star and really brilliant too.<br><br>Thanks to Greenwoods for all their hard work and great relationship for the last decade! A pleasure to work with.

They were always quick to respond to our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful moving-out process much easier and smoother.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their prompt support when arranging our early move-out, the check-out process, and the return of our deposit. Everything was handled fairly and efficiently, and we were very pleased to receive our full deposit back.<br><br>A special thank you to Indiana and Fabjola for their excellent service and support. We would definitely recommend Greenwoods to anyone looking for a professional and helpful letting agent.

12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
