He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. We chose Langford Rae over 3 other Estate agents as they did not ‘hard sell’ and give unrealistic expectations.. they were honest genuine and fair .. of course, all agents want the sale but these guys were ‘real’<br>We are grateful to them for a very smooth ‘transaction’ through a very emotional process of selling our family home. I personally would highly recommend them.

Bear in mind they was not even out estate agent, she supported the entire process and chain, chasing all relevant parties to get the sale over the line. Its refreshing to work with an agent, that is so proactive and organised as she was. Highly recommend!

Sandie was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was always on hand when we had questions. We feel Sandie and the team went above and beyond with the service they provided. We had previously had difficulty with estate agents, however Cavendish were wonderful! Thank you all so much for supporting the smooth and quick sale of our house.
