The agent we viewed the property with was knowledgeable, well-informed, helpful, accommodating, and honest with the information they gave us. Lydia was exceptional in pushing the buyers' solicitors of the flat we were selling, despite them being particularly challenging, and managing all the communications with the chain. She was instrumental in getting the sale and purchase across the line and we owe her a debt of gratitude!
9th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

2nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.

Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.
