One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

26th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I rented with Frognal Estates for two years, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

He has a wonderful personably chic French manner unlike other agents and felt he really listened and tried so hard to find me the perfect property. Merci Beaucoup Alexandre!

22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)After trying all the usual suspects, Fine & Country were the only estate agent that got us credible buyers on the very first day of our 'open house' and we accepted one of the offers a week later. Then they supported us all the way in getting to contract exchange. Really, I can't recommend Daniel, Alice and the F&C team highly enough.

Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!
