One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they handled everything in a very efficient and reassuring way. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

The transition was handled with high professionalism, making the journey much easier than expected. Ana deserves special recognition for her outstanding communication; she was responsive and thorough in all her explanations. I now feel completely confident heading into my new home. 9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. Jonathan was extremely helpful and showed a lot of patience, while all the time providing a professional service. Liaising and encouraging the solicitors, who weren't the most communicative, in order to keep the process moving. Going above and beyond in what proved to be be a protracted and difficult house sale.
