Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.<br>I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I thought through this very carefully before making this post, as I don't tend to provide an extreme negative comment without a good, justifiable reason. However, I felt that I can no longer bite my tongue, and I have to express how bad this estate agent is.<br><br>It is important that I pinpoint the specific service they provide. For the letting and sales teams, I do think they are professional. They have been proactive in engaging with me and offered a professional service. However, when it comes to property management, I could not advise enough to NOT EVER use this agency. The property management team is one of the worst I've experienced as a landlord for many years. The team is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive, providing empty promises after empty promises. They have poorly managed my property and the tenant. The property manager assigned to me was unethical. The whole team does not protect the landlord's interests or act in the best interests of the landlord. They can't even provide basic communication when necessary. They recognised the tenant may not be the best choice of tenant. However, the property manager covered the damages the tenant had inflicted on the property. He/She was dishonest, unprofessional, and uncommunicative, and provided one of the worst customer experiences I have come across.<br><br>I have escalated to the head of the department, but nothing has been done to improve the service. The toxicity comes from the top down and filters across the team. When another property manager was subsequently assigned, the lack of communication continued. There was a complete lack of accountability from the top down, and it's simply extremely disappointing.<br><br>For any landlord in the neighbourhood, I can only sincerely advise you to stay away from this agency for their property management service.<br><br>LATEST UPDATE: When they saw my review, one the staff reached out to me in a threathening tone requesting to remove this review and suggesed that I should pass the work to another agency when they were the one ultimately responsible for.

He was always available, reliable, helpful and knowledgeable. As first time buyers he gave us all the support we needed every step of the way. Thank you Issam and Fletchers!

Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.<br><br>Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and support he provided throughout.<br><br>Towards the end of the process, Salva was also on hand to assist with finalising my move and was very helpful, polite and professional.<br><br>I would highly recommend City Deals for their Expertise, support, and services.<br><br>Thanks again to Antony, Salva and the team for making what could have been a very stressful experience much easier ?

Great communication throughout, flexible around viewings and really committed through to final completion day, helping us chase solicitors and all parties involved. They achieved our full sale price and negotiated on our behalf for our purchase, we couldn't have been happier with using them.

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!
