26th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I recently rented a flat through KFH Chiswick, I dealt with Rebecca and Alisdair who were absolutely amazing. From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!

26th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)If there was minus 5 stars, I would have chosen it. The worst experience in my life with an agency really. I have just recently had surgery, and still did my best to show up early for the scheduled viewing. However, no one showed up, and it's completely unprofessional. They did not even call, or send an email to say they cannot attend. Very disrespectful. I recommend this to no one at all. Horrendous experience. No respect for others.

19th May 2022 (1 year ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

24th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Very importantly, he is very generous with his time, well-mannered and an excellent communicator. His local knowledge is simply outstanding.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

Matt was brilliant at valuing my property and set the ball rolling. Kelly Ramsden handled the offer on my property and my onward purchase, nothing is too much to ask, she got back to me almost instantly. The photographer mollie was superb and very professional. Michelle was brilliant on the viewing and very professional.

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Very hands on, knowledgeable of area and adding outside just the process of buying and selling which really helped. If looking in that area of Acton def recommend a Harry and team. Oliver

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market. I would highly recommend Circa to anyone searching for a flat in London over any other letting agent I have used.
