Anyone who has navigated the London rental market knows how rare it is to find an agency that combines true professionalism with such a personal, caring approach. From day one through to the day I moved out, Chris and his team were incredibly responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. I am incredibly grateful for their consistent support over the years. They truly took the stress out of renting, and I could not recommend them highly enough to both prospective tenants looking for a seamless experience and landlords seeking an agency that genuinely cares. 18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

20th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have been working with Eva from Chestertons Estate Agency during my property search, and I have been very grateful for all her support and help throughout the process. Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

They were able to accommodate our requests efficiently and found us a several new tenant quickly. We would recommend Rickman’s without reservation.

Aspire found a full price buyer in less than two weeks, and the sale went extremely smoothly. I highly recommend this estate agent.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

15th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Avni was outstanding in knowledge and helpfulness. Always available and friendly. Sian and others also helpful. I think the flat being valued at £300,000 was too ambitious, it sold for £159,000. Dexters were pleasant and helpful throughout.
24th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I warmly recommend Philip and his amazing team. We sold our home, rented and then finally bought a new home in the space of a year all through Philip Wooller. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

9th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We've been with LDB for four years now as tenants and they are so phenomenal. Any time we have an issue it is very promptly resolved. They communicate very clearly. Our property manager Sam is seriously the best! We are lucky to have them as a management company.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
21st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
