2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent, reliable and efficient service and solution.
After a couple of years of unsuccessfully trying to sell a flat in a high rise block in Roehampton, London (via several estate agents), Danny Barnham did the job beautifully - correct asking price, sold immediately, with a fast completion time.
Highly recommend,
Darko and Bruna Teslich
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**

Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.

The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.

If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
5th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)Great experience with James from Carter Jonas!
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Great service from Bertie and Christopher. I was buying a flat via them and the real value came from them managing the timing on the many in-flight processes to complete the transaction extremely fast.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Asking for under table offers is extremely unprofessional. Can't trust these agents promising the world and living after you sign up
