They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.

When we began our search, we enquired with a number of agents and he was by far the most informed, knowledgeable and responsive.<br><br>It was clear that he really knew the properties we visited, as well as the local areas and market conditions (no “I’ll need to go away and confirm that”). If we did ask anything obscure, he was quick to find the answer and get it to us promptly and clearly.<br><br>Our search was made so much easier by Jonti. He knew what we were looking for, and respected our time by only showing us the properties which met our specifications. He has, in our experience of dealing with agents, a rare and admirable quality which is not to oversell listings. The phrase “no BS” springs to mind. In the end, he found us a great property, and we were delighted to make an offer on the same day, thanks to all of the information Jonti was able to share at the viewing.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Jonti was calm, responsive and reassuring. He never rushed us or encouraged us to make decisions solely for the sake of progressing the sale. Instead, he helped us make informed decisions at every stage, and we always felt confident in the advice he gave. His level of judgement and maturity made him seem far more experienced than his years in the industry would suggest.<br><br>We asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jonti never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Caroline, Paul and the team in Askew Road have an exceptional skill for bringing the right buyer and seller together, negotiating deals which leave all parties happy. They are warm, personable and exceedingly professional all at once. And they manage everyone’s expectations realistically and pragmatically, to be sure no one is left disappointed. I’m delighted with the service they provide and will continue to turn to them for their magic combination of skill, care and expertise.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

I discovered that the bed frame was damaged when I arrived, and she responded very quickly, contacted the maintenance team straight away, and arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. Thanks to her support, the issue was resolved without causing any disruption to my move-in. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. She was also very patient dealing with our visa situation which was super helpful. She had fantastic local knowledge pointing us in the right direction with location and landlords and most importantly she managed to find us a place that was perfect. She went above and beyond to help us in our search and was quick to do so. This really wouldn’t be possible without her!
