My partner and I were moving in together for the very first time so wanted to ensure that our transition into a rented property was smooth and as easy as possible. George Ioannou was our agent and he was brilliant. He helped and supported us at every turn, was very proactive and great with communication. He went out of his way to ensure that everything ran smoothly, offering viewings for my partner and I on 3 different occasions, which it did and we've now landed ourselves the property we wanted with no issues at all. I would very much recommend, George.

Was looking at a flat they had for rent in Hendon, London. Filled in all forms, to request viewing and they called back the next day - whilst I was at work, so of course I could not answer the phone whilst at work - got home from work and surprise surprise I found an email from these property agents where they emailed me at 5.58pm saying that they request and need me to turn up to the property (I requested) for viewing for 6pm. Giving me TWO MINUTES NOTICE to get to the property.
Funny!!!! Funny was, they left voicemail to call back but as I was at work, my phone was on silent and in my bag, so I could not answer a personal call, or see the call until I finished work and I was working in an environment where I am talking to customers ALL DAY I could not give my attention to a personal phone call (hence why my phone was on silent. Now as far as I’m concerned a GOOD employee would have their phone on silent, in their bags when working, until they go on a break/finish work. I worked with people who are always on their mobile, doing no work - both perm and temp staff that is - and these guys expect me to answer them at all cost)
It was dead funny how they did not not ask where I work, or where I live etc and just ASSUMED that I'd be "free" and would be able to get to a viewing with only 2 minutes notice. Seriously common sense surely applies? I understand you are a business and needs to make money but surely your brain should tell you to use your common sense (which should, unless you are stupid and have no common sense) tell you to give the customer more than 2 minutes notice to get to the property and to double check with the customer first if they are happy with the time and day of the appointment instead of assuming they are and should be free? What if they live/work more than 2 minutes away?
I work at a job where I am in work from 9am until 10pm at night and I work in an area where I have BAD signal at work
It also seems these people BRIBE people to write good reviews about them even if and when they write a review lower than 5* they bribe that person to change it to 5*. Just the way these guys have tried to bribe me with an offer of "We will give you so much discount off" for X or Y or Z off if you remove the review and change it. You know what they say, "If it sounds too good to be true it prob is too good to be true” and that there is SOMETHING wrong that they are not telling you about (until AFTER it has been dealt with
