27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. Having her being a part of the process made it easier for me to manage the whole sale. Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

First time selling a property, can confirm a very stressful experience but was always reassured and advised at each step of the process. All staff were polite and courteous but would like to say a personal thank you to Megan because she was always a calm and supportive voice at the end of the phone.

13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Cassidy & Tate, and in particular working with Duncan, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the outset, Duncan moved quickly to get the property listed, organising photography and even helping arrange the EPC, which made a big difference in getting everything live without delay. The listing was handled brilliantly, and within just two weeks we had two strong offers. What really stood out was Duncan’s communication. He was always incredibly responsive, proactive and never made any question feel like a chore. After every viewing, he provided clear updates, which gave us real confidence and kept us fully informed at each stage. He also went above and beyond in practical ways, such as letting the surveyor in when we couldn’t be there, which really helped keep things moving smoothly during a busy period. On top of all that, Duncan is personable, considerate and clearly takes pride in doing a great job for his clients. We dealt solely with him throughout and thanks to his efforts, the whole process felt far more straightforward than it could have been. We couldn’t recommend Duncan and Cassidy & Tate more highly.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

27th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
