11th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

She went above and beyond was so quick to answer questions and sorted things out so fast ! Daniell was also brilliant!! Honestly can’t thank them enough And will recommend them to anyone I will 100% be using them again . Thank you so much guys

31st May 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely terrible and highly questionable business practices. I received an unsolicited sales call from Haart on a Sunday, from what appeared to be a local telephone number. Only during the call did it become apparent that this was actually their head office calling to ask whether I wanted to sell my property. I have never contacted Haart or any other estate agent, never requested a valuation, never expressed any interest in selling, and have absolutely no relationship with this company. So naturally the question is: where did they get my details from? It feels as though they are harvesting homeowner data and cold-calling people at random in the hope of generating leads. The fact that this happened on a Sunday makes it even worse. Most people expect to be left alone on weekends, not interrupted by unsolicited sales calls. Using a local number to increase the likelihood of someone answering only adds to the impression of a company willing to use questionable tactics to generate business. This type of behaviour is intrusive, unprofessional, and exactly why estate agents often struggle with public trust. If a company is willing to contact complete strangers out of the blue, on a Sunday, using what appears to be a local number, it does not inspire confidence in how they handle personal data or conduct their business. The irony is that I am not interested in selling my property through Haart or through any estate agent at all. I have given no indication that I am looking to sell, which makes this cold call even more baffling and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would never consider using Haart under any circumstances. Unsolicited Sunday sales calls are a guaranteed way to ensure I never become a customer.
9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)After experiencing some issues with our previous estate agent I was recommended to use Foxtons to sell a retirement flat in Watford, and it was definitely a great decision as their customer service has been exceptional, communication proactive and their focus and dedication to get the flat a buyer and then to assist with the selling process made my life much easier, so a big thank you to Jamie and his team, especially Dan ( Sales) and Amber ( Sales Progression ), the whole process was often frustrating due to waiting for solicitors or managing agent but with their help we are completing the sale this week ( June ) after agreeing the sale in February ??????

From my first contact she talked me through the shared ownership process so I could support my 21 year old son to find his first flat. Azra didn't rush us during the viewings and was always on hand and quick to respond to any queries, her knowledge and experience are second to none! I now have a very happy son, thank-you Azra!

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently dealt with Cassidy & Tate in St Albans (specifically Lucie) during the purchase process for a property. We submitted three offers, all of which were ultimately rejected, which in itself is not the issue. The concern is the communication style and overall handling of the sales process. After our viewing, I was the one who followed up to express our interest in making an offer, rather than receiving any proactive follow-up call. From that point onwards, communication was conducted entirely via email with no telephone contact at any stage. On multiple occasions, we asked whether our position could be communicated directly to the vendors by phone, particularly as we are first-time buyers with no chain and the property required significant renovations. However, we were told that communication with the vendors was also being handled via email rather than direct telephone discussion. Even when we increased our offer and specifically requested that our position be verbally communicated to the vendors to help properly present our circumstances, we continued to receive email responses confirming rejection, without any direct conversation taking place. Overall, the process felt very passive in terms of sales approach and negotiation. In our experience, there was no telephone-based engagement or active selling of our position to the vendors, which is something we would typically expect from an estate agent acting in a sales capacity. While we appreciate that offers are not always accepted, we were disappointed with the lack of proactive communication and the absence of any real attempt to progress negotiations beyond email exchanges. We will actively try to avoid purchasing a future property through Cassidy & Tate going forward.

From start to finish, the professionalism, service, communication and support we received from Alan, Sam, Paul & the team were outstanding. We felt that, on multiple occasions, they went above and beyond to deliver for us. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.

A referral was made to Akash @ The Property Club which has helped us to grow our business and navigate through many of the new legal changes in the Landlord field. Whether dealing with routine property matters, maintenance issues or more complex situations he handles everything with great care and it is clear takes pride in his work. He takes time to understand what the needs of the client are and we highly recommend his service.
