Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

17th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. I would highly recommend as her work ethic is second to none

18th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We’ve just moved in to our house that we bought through Wilkins. We had a really positive experience, the whole team were friendly and professional. A big thanks to Ben who showed us around a couple of properties and was always knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t actually want to view the property we bought initially, but Ben insisted it ticked a lot of our boxes and wouldn’t take no for an answer - and we’re glad he didn’t as we loved it and offered that day. A great salesman but not in a pushy way, if we were to sell I’d choose Ben as I know he’d be proactive in selling our house. Also a massive thanks to Jade who dealt with the sales progression. Although we never met, she was always friendly, on hand to help and kept us up to date all the way through the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilkins to buy or sell through.

From the First day I asked to view the house I was interested She has go above and beyond to make the home we want our dream home. I would 100% recommend to buy with this easte agent Maisie has been in the other end of a phone call or email if I need her. The service we received from Acres Walmley was exceptional. From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through. I cannot recommend Acres Walmley highly enough for selling property and will miss my regular visits for an update. thank you all Yvonne and Ray
