From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!

They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.

From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. During all this time Lorna has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable guiding me in the right direction. When I sold my rental property it came with many problems which Lorna overcame with hard work and good advice. Her communication was always first class. Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Fantastic service from Wilkins<br><br>We first used Wilkins around 5 years ago when we purchased our buy-to-let property, and we then chose to have them manage the property for us ever since.<br><br>I have to give a huge shout-out to Bethany Q, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a question or needed any help, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>When we eventually decided to sell the property, we continued to use Wilkins, and we have dealt with a few different people within the office. Every single person we have spoken to has been amazing, helpful and professional.<br><br>Our sale took just under 12 weeks, which we think is absolutely incredible, and the whole process was made so much easier by the fantastic team.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Wilkins for all your help over the years and, more recently, for making the sale run so smoothly.
