23rd Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle. Fantastic experience purchasing with Love Property. Highly recommend if you are selling/buying in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding area. Angela

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
