2nd Mar 2026 (14 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with, particularly Callum Dipple and Christopher Kirby. I have received little to no information from them despite paying a holding deposit. I consider their practices to be unprofessional and quite frankly unethical.

As first-time buyers, the whole process could have been quite stressful, but they made it genuinely enjoyable for us. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and always quick to act whenever something needed doing. Sarah and Louise kept us regularly updated and constantly reviewed the progress of our purchase, which gave us a lot of reassurance throughout the process. Their dedication, communication, and personal approach really stood out. It felt like we had a team who genuinely cared about helping us get into our first home. If you're looking for an estate agent with a dedicated and supportive team to guide you through buying a house, I would definitely recommend Dixons. They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly go the extra mile, these are your people. Thank you both so much — I’m so grateful for all your hard work!

Abi was professional, helpful, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They secured a suitable tenant quickly and made the experience straightforward and stress-free. We would happily recommend their services.

7th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Kirsty Musgrove - Stop bullying your tenants. I had the worst experience with FleetMilne. Through my three year stay in a property, I have had changes of housemates, thus changes in names in the contract. I was going to move out in November, but my then housemate wanted to do a tenant swap to continue staying in the property. We were told that we couldn't do that, because no one from the original contract will be left in the property, thus requiring a new contract. That is fair enough. What I did not appreciate was how irresponsible and unhelpful Kirsty was. She mentioned my housemate had to vacate the entire property, and remove everything, before moving in again in approximately two weeks. She could not give any estimate of how long this would take, and would not budge when we are trying to find alternatives to solve the problem. We understand if there are laws that she has to follow, but she did not understand how hard a situation it put us in, and was very cold and heartless throughout. She took weeks to reply to emails, to the point that my housemate visited Fleetmilne's office to talk to her. She then ensured my housemate she will reply to the email the next day, which she did not, further forcing us to forfeit the property due to uncertainties and unclear answers by Kirsty. Upon moving out, I did a deep clean of the property. I then found out Kirsty charged me £120 from my deposit for 'cleaning fees'. I approached her about this to which she explained that I did not inform her that I have cleaned the property, and that's why she hired a cleaner. How ridiculous it is that I have to email the agent to tell them that I had cleaned the property???? She also tried to charge me a lot of unreasonable things from my deposit. I then opted for a deposit dispute. Kirsty kept delaying submitting the evidence, not replying to emails, in hopes that I would give up the argument. I had to cc the company's CEO into emails to get a response from her. In the end, I got more than half of my deposit back following the deposit dispute, but that is only after a 5 months fight with Kirsty and Fleetmilne. Please Fleetmilne, just cease to exist. Stop tormenting your tenants as we are just doing our best to survive in this economy.

Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
