5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

The flat wasn’t professionally cleaned as told prior, no inventory and trying to get in touch to resolve an issue seems impossible as your just passed to one person then the other with no solution. 18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
