Do not rent with Cool cribs!! Pictures on website used to advertise are a scam…The buildings are old and falling apart with rats!!! They will try to cheat you out of your deposit by entering your room when your not home & cause damage so they can hold your deposit to take deductions do yourself a favour stay clear of cool cribs... The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. "I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."... Read more
